Ոստիկանության դիմաց քաղաքացին ծանր հոգեկան վիճակում կտրել է երակները․ լրագրող

Այսօր Երևանում մի տղամարդ, դժգոհելով՝ իր նկատմամբ կիրառված երեխային տեսակցելու սահմանափակումից, ոստիկանության մի քանի ստորաբաժանումների մոտ կտրել է իր երակները։ Հայտնում է լրագրող Լիա Սարգսյանը․
«Ականատեսները «Իշխանություն» լրատվականին պատմեցին, որ տղամարդը ՆԳՆ ՔՈԳՎ Երևանի քաղաքի վարչության շենքի դիմաց գտնվում էր ծանր հոգեկան վիճակում, բարձրաձայն լացում էր և խնդրում էր վերացնել երեխային տեսակցելու արգելքը։ Մինչ ոստիկանների մոտենալը, նա սուր ածելիով կտրել է իր ձեռքի երակները, այնուհետև դիմել է փախուստի։
Ոստիկանները հետապնդել են նրան և գտել ՆԳՆ քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության շենքի մոտ, որտեղ վերջինս կրկին փորձել է կտրել իր երակները՝ խնդրելով վերացնել արգելքը։
ՆԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը «Իշխանություն» լրատվականին ասաց, որ ոստիկանները կանխել են հետագա ինքնավնասումը, տղամարդուն ցուցաբերվել է առաջին բուժօգնություն, ապա տեղափոխվել է կենտրոնի բաժին։ Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Պետական համակարգը, այդ թվում՝ ոստիկանությունն ու սոցիալական ծառայությունները, ՄԻՊ-ը պարտավոր են ապահովել ավելի արդյունավետ միջամտության մեխանիզմներ, խորհրդատվություն և կանխարգելիչ աջակցություն, որպեսզի քաղաքացիներն իրենց բողոքի կամ հուզական վիճակի պահին չդիմեն ինքնավնասման քայլի։ Նման միջադեպերը պետք է դառնան ազդակ՝ վերանայել գործող պրակտիկան և ձևավորել մարդակենտրոն մոտեցում՝ հատկապես ծնող-երեխա հարաբերություններին առնչվող հարցերում»,- հայտնել է լրագրողը։
