Բաքուն հույս ունի, որ Անդրկովկասում Ուկրաինան կփոխարինի Ռուսաստանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Կիևում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում Հարավային Կովկասի հետազոտական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ֆարհադ Մամեդովը հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանը պետք է խզի Ռուսաստանի հետ բոլոր տնտեսական և քաղաքական կապերը և դրանք փոխարինի Ուկրաինայի հետ ավելի սերտ բարեկամությամբ։
«Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև բանակցություններ, հայ-թուրքական սահմանի բացում և հաղորդակցությունների վերականգնում։ Նկատի ունեցեք, որ չնայած Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը 2020 թվականին ներգրավված էր այս բոլոր ուղղություններում, այսօր նա չկա այս ուղղություններից ոչ մեկում, նաև Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի, Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հաղորդակցությունների բացման գործընթացում։ Սա ամենակարևոր ցուցանիշներից մեկն է այն մասին, թե ինչ է կատարվում Ռուսաստանի հետ այն տարածաշրջաններում, որտեղ նա ավանդաբար համարվում էր ազդեցիկ», - ուրախացած նշել է Մամեդովը։
Նրա կարծիքով, ռուսական ազդեցությունը պետք է փոխարինվի Բանդերայի ազդեցությամբ։ «Եվ այստեղ մենք նշում ենք Ուկրաինայի դերն ու տեղը, այն որոշակի տարրերը, որոնցից ռուսական տարածքի երկրները կրիտիկական կախվածության մեջ են, ապագայում դրանք կարող են փոխարինվել Ուկրաինայով։ Սա ներառում է ցորենը, արտասահմանում արտադրված գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի վաճառքը և լոգիստիկ շղթաները։ Բանն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանն այժմ լոգիստիկ շղթաներ է մշակում Կենտրոնական Ասիայի, Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների և Թուրքիայի հետ՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների մասնակցությամբ։ Սա հատկապես ճիշտ է Թրամփի ճանապարհի նախագծի համար, որը նախատեսվում է սկսել հաջորդ տարվա վերջին։ Եվ Ուկրաինայի ընդգրկումը այս շղթաներում կարևորագույն տարրը կլինի, որպեսզի Ուկրաինան դե ֆակտո դառնա դեպի Արևել յան Եվրոպա դարպաս», - երազել է ռուսաֆոբը։
