Կլոր սեղան-քննարկում նոր աշխարհակարգի և Հայաստանի աշխարհաքաղաքական ընտրության վերաբերյալ

Նոյեմբերի 26-ին «Եվրասիա-Հայաստան» փորձագիտական հարթակում կայացավ «Նոր աշխարհակարգը և Հայաստանի աշխարհաքաղաքական ընտրությունը» թեմայով կլոր սեղան։ Քննարկմանը մասնակցեցին քաղաքականագետներ, միջազգային հարաբերությունների մասնագետներ, ակադեմիական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ  և ուսանողներ։

Քննարկման կենտրոնում էին ժամանակակից աշխարհի հիմնական մարտահրավերները․ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգություն, պանթյուրքիստական միտումների աճ, օտարերկրյա ռազմական բազաների դերակատարություն, երիտասարդության ինտեգրում և Մերձավոր Արևելքի գործոնի ազդեցություն։

Մասնակիցները ընդգծեցին, որ Հայաստանի առաջ կանգնած է ճակատագրական ընտրություն․ կամ շարժում դեպի այսպես կոչված «Տուրան», կամ ինտեգրում միջազգային միավորումների՝ ԵԱՏՄ, ԲՐԻԿՍ և ՇՕՍ։

Մեդիա-փորձագետ Տիգրան Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ այս կառույցներում մասնակցությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս պահպանելու պետականությունը, ամրապնդելու անվտանգությունը և գտնելու դաշնակիցներ փոփոխվող աշխարհում։ Քաղաքականագետ Անդրեյ Արեշևը (ՌԴ) ընդգծեց, որ աշխարհագրությունը դատավճիռ չէ, և երկրի կայունությունը մեծապես կախված է գործընկերների հետ մշակութային ու տնտեսական կապերի պահպանությունից։ Քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Արման Աբովյանը հայտարարեց, որ հայ հասարակությունը պետք է ունենա հստակ տեսլական ապագայի վերաբերյալ, քանի որ Հայաստանի ցանկացած ներգրավում թուրքական աշխարհում բացառելու է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գոյությունը ներկայիս տեսքով և վտանգելու է ժողովրդի ինքնությունը։

Քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Խաչիկ Գալստյանը ուշադրություն հրավիրեց բազմաբևեռ աշխարհակարգի ձևավորման վրա, որտեղ Ռուսաստանը պայքարում է նոր համակարգում իր տեղը պահպանելու համար։ Նրա խոսքով՝ զուգահեռ ձևավորվում է նոր քաղաքակրթական սկիզբ՝ թուրքական աշխարհը, որը Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության համար ամենամեծ սպառնալիքներից մեկն է։

Քաղաքականագետ Բենիամին Մաթևոսյանը ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը չի կարող լինել թուրքական աշխարհի մաս, քանի դեռ ունի Արցախ։ Նա նշեց, որ երկիրը նպատակային կերպով տարվում է դեպի թուրքական աշխարհ՝ առանց անվտանգության երաշխիքների և զրկված այլընտրանքային ռազմավարական ուղղություններից։

Քննարկման արդյունքում փորձագետները եզրակացրին, որ միասնական ռազմավարության բացակայությունը կարող է լուրջ ռիսկեր առաջացնել պետության և ինքնության համար։ Ըստ նրանց՝ անհրաժեշտ է մշակել հստակ աշխարհաքաղաքական տեսլական և համախմբել հասարակությունը երկարաժամկետ որոշումների ընդունման համար։
