Սոլնեչնոգորսկի իր հանգստավայրի տարածքում կառուցված պիրսը Ալլա Պուգաչովան ստիպված կլինի ապամոնտաժել։ Ինչպես գրում է Telegram–ալիք Mash-ը, նման որոշում է կայացրել Ռուսաստանի «Росводресурс» գերատեսչությունը՝ իրականացրած ստուգման արդյունքում։ Պիրսը, որը կառուցվել էր Իստրա գետի ափին, պաշտոնապես ճանաչվել է անօրինական։
Ստուգումը սկսվել է գործարար Անատոլի Ռիսկովի բողոքից հետո, ով պնդել է, թե Պուգաչովայի կառուցած կառույցը խանգարում է ընդհանուր հասանելիությանը ջրամբարին, որտեղ նա ձկնորսություն է անում։ «Росводресурс»-ի մասնագետները պարզել են, որ երգչուհին չուներ կառուցման համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթեր, իսկ նրա գնած 25,5 սոտկանոց հողամասը գտնվում է հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքում։ Արդյոք Պուգաչովան կպահպանի հողի սեփականության իրավունքը՝ կորոշի Գլխավոր դատախազությունը։
Mash-ի տվյալներով՝ ստուգումների ավարտից հետո ափամերձ հատվածը հնարավոր է դրվի աճուրդի։ Սակայն Մոսկվայի-Օկայի ավազանի ջրային վարչությունը ավելի վաղ հերքել էր այդ հավանականությունը՝ նշելով, որ իրենց մոտ Պուգաչովայի հողամասի ափամերձ գծի վերաբերյալ բողոքներ չեն եղել, իսկ պիրսին մոտենալը հնարավոր է առանց որևէ խոչընդոտի։
