2022 թվականին Դեբետ գետն էր ընկել ու մահացել լրագրող Արմինե Ճաղարյանը։
ArmLur.am-ը հայտնել էր , որ Վարդուհի Անանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, հանդիսանալով «Վիզիթ Լոռի» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն և հրահանգավորումների անցկացման պատասխանատու անձ, Դեբեդ գետի վարարման ընթացքում գետի վրա կազմակերպել է ռաֆտինգի ծառայություն, որպես թիմի անդամներ ներգրավել է սիրողական անձնակազմ, սահմանված կարգով չի նշանակել պատասխանատու անձ, ուսուցում և հրահանգավորումներ չի անցկացրել, ինչի հետևանքով 2022 թվականի մայիսի 9-ին ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում, Դեբեդ գետի Քոբայր-Սանահին կայարան հատվածի 3-րդ կիլոմետրում ռաֆտինգելու ընթացքում քարին հարվածելու հետևանքով Արմինե Ճաղարյանն ընկել է գետը և ջրահեղձման արդյունքում մահացել: Գործը մտել էր դատարան։
2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 23-ին ՔԿ-ն հայտնել էր, որ ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Դեբեդ գետում հեռուստալրագրող Արմինե Ճաղարյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ քրեական հետապնդում է սկսվել և մեղադրանք ներկայացվել ռաֆտինգ կազմակերպած ընկերության տնօրենին։ Եվ ահա լոռու մարզի դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել եւ Մեղադրյալ Վարդուհի Հովհաննեսի Անանյանին 2003 թվականի ապրիլի 18-ին ընդունված ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 279-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (համապատասխանում է գործող ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 412-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետին) ճանաչել անմեղ և արդարացնել՝ իրեն մեղսագրվող արարքը չկատարելու հիմքով:
Ասել է թե լրագրողի մահվան մեջ Վարդուհի Անանյանը մեղավոր չէ։ Մեղադրող դատախազը Լոռու մարզի այս որոշումը բողոքարկել է ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարան։
