Հռոմի պապը Թուրքիայից մեկնել է Լիբանան

Կիրակի օրը Հռոմի պապ Լևոն XIV-ը մեկնել է Լիբանան, որտեղ մտադիր է հույսի ուղերձ հղել իր բազմաչարչար ժողովրդին և սատարել Մերձավոր Արևելքի քրիստոնեական կարևորագույն համայնքին, գրում է Associated Press-ը։
Նա Լիբանան է ժամանել միջերկրածովյան փոքր երկրի համար բարդ ժամանակաշրջանում՝ մի քանի տարի շարունակվող ճգնաժամերից հետո։ Նա կատարել է Հռոմի պապ Ֆրանցիսկոսի խոստումը, որը երկար տարիներ ցանկանում էր այցելել Լիբանան, սակայն չէր կարողանում՝ առողջական վիճակի վատթարացման պատճառով։
Լիբանանը Լևոն XIV-ի առաջին պաշտոնական արտասահմանյան ուղևորության երկրորդ կանգառն է Թուրքիա կատարած այցից հետո: Այնտեղ նա նշել է քրիստոնեական կարևոր տարելիցը մի ժամանակաշրջանում, երբ ավելի քան 85 միլիոն սուննի մահմեդական բնակչություն ունեցող այդ երկիրն իրեն դիրքավորում է որպես Ուկրաինայում և Գազայի հատվածում հակամարտությունների դադարեցման բանակցությունների առանցքային միջնորդ։
Սպասվում է, որ Լիբանանում Լևոն XIV-ը կփորձի քաջալերել լիբանանցիներին, որոնք կարծում են, թե իրենց առաջնորդները հուսախաբ են արել իրենց, և կոչ կանի լիբանանցի քրիստոնյաներին մնալ կամ, եթե արդեն մեկնել են արտասահման, վերադառնալ տուն։
Լիբանանում իշխանության բաժանման համակարգի համաձայն, երկրի նախագահը միշտ մարոնի քրիստոնյա է, վարչապետը՝ սուննի մահմեդական, իսկ խորհրդարանի խոսնակը՝ շիա։ Լիբանանը՝ մահմեդական մեծամասնությամբ երկիրը, որտեղ բնակչության մոտ մեկ երրորդը քրիստոնյա է, Վատիկանի համար միշտ եղել է առաջնահերթություն՝ որպես ողջ տարածաշրջանի քրիստոնյաների պատվար։
Տարիներ շարունակվող հակամարտությունից հետո առաքյալների ժամանակներից գոյություն ունեցող քրիստոնեական համայնքները նոսրացել են։
«Սրբազան Քահանայապետը ժամանում է Լիբանանի և մեր տարածաշրջանի համար շատ դժվար պահի»,- ասել է Բեյրութի մելքիտ հունակաթոլիկական արքեպիսկոպոսության եպիսկոպոս Գեորգին։
Ըստ նրա, լիբանանցիներն անհանգստացած են ապագայով և դեռևս վախենում են Իսրայելի հետ լայնածավալ պատերազմի հնարավոր վերսկսումից։
2019 թվականին երկրի արժութային և բանկային համակարգը փլուզվեց, և շատ լիբանանցիներ ականատես եղան, թե ինչպես են իրենց խնայողությունները փոշիանում։ Ֆինանսական ճգնաժամը հանգեցրեց էլեկտրաէներգիայի, վառելիքի և դեղորայքի պակասի։
Եվս մեկ աղետ տեղի ունեցավ 2020 թվականին, երբ Բեյրութի նավահանգստում ոչ պատշաճ պահպանվող հարյուրավոր տոննա ամոնիումի նիտրատը պայթեց՝ ցնցելով շրջակայքը, խլելով 218 մարդու կյանք, վիրավորելով հազարավորներին և պատճառելով միլիարդավոր դոլարների վնաս։ Լիբանան Հռոմի պապի այցի գագաթնակետը կդառնա վերջին օրը՝ դեկտեմբերի 2-ը, երբ նա լուռ աղոթքով ժամանակ կանցկացնի 2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 4-ի պայթյունի վայրում և կհանդիպի տուժածներից մի քանիսի հետ։
