Լիբանանը տարածաշրջանում Հայաստանի կարևոր գործընկերներից է․ ՀՀ նախագահը՝ Լիբանանի դեսպանին

Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանին իր հավատարմագրերն է հանձնել Հայաստանում Լիբանանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Դիմա Հադդադը։
Նախագահը շնորհավորել է դեսպանին նշանակման կապակցությամբ և հույս հայտնել, որ նրա գործունեությունը կնպաստի Հայաստանի և Լիբանանի միջև հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանը։ Նախագահն իր խոսքում շեշտել է երկու երկրների և ժողովուրդների պատմական առանձնահատուկ կապերը և ջերմությունը։
Դեսպանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար և փոխանցել Լիբանանի նախագահի ողջույններն ու բարեմաղթանքները։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում շեշտվել է, որ Հայաստանի և Լիբանանի հարաբերությունները հիմնված են պատմական բարեկամության, մշակութային ընդհանրությունների և փոխադարձ հարգանքի վրա։ Ընդգծվել է արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, այդ թվում՝ բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում, և նշվել է, որ Լիբանանը տարածաշրջանում Հայաստանի կարևոր գործընկերներից է։
Քննարկվել են երկկողմ փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները՝ ընդհանուր հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում։ Կարևորվել են քաղաքական երկխոսության խթանման ուղղությամբ ջանքերի ներդրումը և գործնական կապերի ամրապնդումը։
Կողմերը նաև ընդգծել են քաղաքական և ինստիտուցիոնալ համագործակցության և առկա մեծ ներուժի իրականացման ու միջմշակութային և պատմական կապերի պահպանման ու զարգացման կարևորությունը։
Դեսպան Դիմա Հադդադը իր հերթին հավաստիացրել է, որ կնպաստի երկկողմ կապերի ամրապնդմանը և նոր նախաձեռնությունների առաջխաղացմանը։
