Factor.am կայքում հրապարակված «ՀԷՑ» ՓԲԸ վերաբերյալ «սենսացիոն» նյութում փորձ է արվում հանրությանը ներկայացնել խեղաթյուրված պատկեր:
 
Մասնավորապես, իրականում Ընկերության ընդհանուր ակտիվները 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ կազմել են 146.6 մլրդ դրամ, իսկ 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ՝ 337.9 մլրդ դրամ։
 
Ընդհանուր սեփական կապիտալը նույն ժամանակահատվածում աճել է 31.5 մլրդ դրամից մինչև 136.9 մլրդ դրամ։
 
Այսպիսով՝ «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի կառավարման ընթացքում ՀԷՑ ՓԲԸ-ի ակտիվները աճել են շուրջ 191 մլրդ դրամով, իսկ սեփական կապիտալը՝ մոտ 105 մլրդ դրամով։
 
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ 2016–2025 թվականներին ընկերությունը իրականացրել է շուրջ 270 մլրդ դրամի ներդրումներ, տրամաբանական է, որ այդ ընթացքում պարտավորությունները աճել են մոտ 85 մլրդ դրամով, հատկապես եթե նկատի ունենանք, որ նույն ժամանակահատվածում ակտիվներն ու սեփական կապիտալը միասին ավելացել են շուրջ 300 մլրդ դրամով։
 
Այս բոլոր ցուցանիշները հասանելի են Ընկերության միջազգային աուդիտորական կազմակերպությունների կողմից հաստատված հաշվետվություններում:
 
Հրապարակման մեջ նաև նշվում է, որ ՀԷՑ-ն անցել է «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբին 2009 թ.-ին, որը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Եվ այդ փաստը հեշտությամբ կարելի է ստուգել ՀՀ սեփականության գրանցման համապատասխան ռեգիստրում:
