Եգիպտոսում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արմեն Սարգսյանը, համատեղության կարգով, նշանակվել է Ալժիրում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան (նստավայրը` Կահիրե):
ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի մեկ այլ հրամանգրով՝ Սարգսյանը, համատեղության կարգով, նշանակել է նաև Էրիթրեայի Պետությունում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան։
Նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը դեկտեմբերի 3-ին ևս մեկ հրամանագիր է ստորագրել և Սերոբ Բեջանյանին նշանակել Բրունեյում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան։
«Հիմք ընդունելով վարչապետի առաջարկությունը` համաձայն Սահմանադրության 132-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետի, ինչպես նաև «Դիվանագիտական ծառայության մասին» օրենքի 13-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի և 14-րդ հոդվածի.
Ինդոնեզիայի Հանրապետությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերոբ Բեջանյանին, համատեղության կարգով, նշանակել Բրունեյ Դարուսսալամում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան (նստավայրը՝ Ջակարտա)»:
