Հայտարարություն ծնողների համար և կոչ արտադրողներին
SOCIETYԱյբ Բեն Գիմ Ակումբ-ը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հրապարակում է արել․
Տեղեկացնում եմ բոլոր ծնողներին, որ վերջին ամիսներին ավելի հաճախ եմ հանդիպում մարսողական, իմունային և վարքային խնդիրների, որոնք հնարավոր է կապված են սննդի մեջ օգտագործվող որոշ սննդային բարելավիչների հետ։ Մասնավորապես խոսքը վերաբերում է E481 և E491 հավելումներին, որոնք լայնորեն կիրառվում են հացաբուլկեղենի, քաղցրավենիքի, թխվածքների, չիպսերի, մանկական սնեքերի և այլ արտադրանքներում։
Այս նյութերը երկարաժամկետ և կանոնավոր օգտագործման դեպքում կարող են ազդել երեխայի աղիքային միկրոֆլորայի վրա, նպաստել բորբոքային գործընթացների, գազերի, որովայնի ցավերի, ալերգիկ արձագանքների, ինչպես նաև վարքային աններդաշնակության կամ գերզգայունության ձևավորմանը։
Խնդրում եմ բոլոր ծնողներին ուշադրությամբ ուսումնասիրել սննդամթերքի պիտակները և հնարավորության սահմաններում խուսափել այն արտադրանքներից, որտեղ կան նշված հավելումները։ Երեխայի նուրբ օրգանիզմը շատ ավելի զգայուն է նման նյութերի հանդեպ, և նրանց առողջ ապրելակերպի ձևավորումը սկսվում է ճշգրիտ ընտրություններից։
Միաժամանակ կոչ եմ անում արտադրողներին վերանայել տեխնոլոգիական բաղադրատոմսերը և հնարավորության դեպքում հրաժարվել E481 և E491 հավելումներից։ Ավելորդ քիմիական բարելավիչները չեն կարող փոխարինել որակյալ հումքին, առողջ տեխնոլոգիային և անվտանգության հանդեպ պատասխանատու վերաբերմունքին։ Մենք՝ մասնագետներս, ծնողները և հանրությունը, բարձր ենք գնահատում այն արտադրողներին, ովքեր առաջնահերթ տեղ են տալիս մեր երեխաների առողջությանը և ապագային։
