Հայաստանը մտնում է նոր ռեպրեսիվ փուլ, որտեղ ազգային ինստիտուտները և հանրային հեղինակությունը դառնում են իշխանության վերարտադրության թիրախ։

ԱԱԾ-ը Քննչական կոմիտեի շենքում ձերբակալել է Արշակ Սրբազանին։
Սրբազանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքը կրում է տարիներով կիրառված, մաշված մի ձեռագրի բոլոր հատկանիշները՝ հիշեցնելով մենթական մտածողությանը բնորոշ «գրպանը պլան գցելու» մեխանիկան։
Ըստ քննչական մարմինի՝ նա դեռ 2018-ին փորձել է վարկաբեկել Վեհափառի դեմ ակցիա իրականացնողներից մեկին՝ նրա պայուսակում թմրամիջոց դնելով։
Իրավական առումով՝ թույլ և անհամաչափ, փլուզվող մեղադրանք, քաղաքական իմաստով՝ հաշվեհարդարի դրսևորում:
Մի քանի դիտարկում.
● Նախապես կանխատեսել էի, որ դեկտեմբերի 10–12-ը կայանալիք Եպիսկոպոսաց ժողովից առաջ իշխանությունը կսրի ճնշումները Վեհափառի նկատմամբ՝ փորձելով արհեստական հակադրության միջավայրում թուլացնել նրա դիրքերը։ Արշակ Սրբազանի ձերբակալությունը այդ գործընթացի օրգանական շարունակությունն է՝ ուղղված եկեղեցական վերնախավի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն հաստատելուն։
● Այս ամենի ֆոնին Բրյուսելը հայտարարում է Հայաստանին 12 միլիոն եվրո տրամադրելու մասին՝ «օտարերկրյա տեղեկատվական մանիպուլյացիաների» և «միջամտությունների» դեմ պայքարի անվան տակ։ ԵՄ ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատարը բաց տեքստով նշում է, որ Ռուսաստանն ու նրա «պրոքսիները» ակտիվացնում են իրենց ցանցերը Հայաստանում՝ նույն բանաձևով, ինչ Մոլդովայում։
Այս հայտարարությունը ձևավորում է նոր քաղաքական միջավայր, որտեղ
հակառուսական խոսույթը ծառայում է ներքաղաքական ռեպրեսիաների լեգիտիմացման նպատակին։
Մոլդովական նախադեպը ցույց տվեց, թե ինչպես կարող է «վտանգների չեզոքացման» փաթեթը վերածվել իշխանության ավտորիտար վերարտադրության գործիքի՝ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի, մեդիայի, եկեղեցական կառույցների և հանրային հեղինակություն ունեցող անհատների դեմ ուղղված ռեպրեսիաներով։
Այս համատեքստում 12 միլիոն եվրոն դառնում է ոչ թե տեխնիկական աջակցություն, այլ քաղաքական ուղերձ Փաշինյանի կառավարությանը՝ շարունակելու ռեպրեսիաները «օտարերկրյա ազդեցությունների դեմ պայքարի» անվան տակ։
Հենց այդ համատեքստում էլ պետք է դիտարկել Արշակ Սրբազանի ձերբակալությունը՝ չեկիստական մեթոդներով իրականացված ակնհայտ սադրանք, որը որևէ կերպ չի համապատասխանում իրավական պետության չափանիշներին։
