10 հազար դոլար․ Երևանում անօրինական միգրացիա կազմակերպելու դեպք է բացահայտվել

Քրեական ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողները հանցագործության բացահայտման ուղղությամբ միջոցառումները ծավալեցին Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանության արտաքին հետաքննությունների բաժնից ստացված տեղեկատվության հիման վրա։
Քրեական ոստիկաններին հաջողվեց պարզել անօրինական միգրացիա կազմակերպելու ողջ մեխանիզմը։
Ըստ նախնական տվյալների կատարվել էր հետևյալը։ Մայրաքաղաքի Սարի թաղի 23-ամյա մի բնակիչ, տեղեկանալով, որ Նոր Նորքի բնակիչ 56-ամյա տղամարդը կազմակերպում է ԱՄՆ մուտքի արտոնագրերի ստացում, դիմում է նրան։ Տղամարդը, հազար դոլարի դիմաց, կնոջն ուղղորդում է Բելգիա՝ Բրյուսելում գտնվող ԱՄՆ դեսպանատնից վիզա ստանալու։
Կինը մեկնում է, սակայն նոյեմբերի 7-ին մերժված վերադառնում Հայաստան։
Այս անգամ 56-ամյա տղամարդը կնոջն առաջարկում է մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանալ Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատնից։ Տրամադրում է փաստաթղթերի փաթեթ, այդ թվում՝ կնոջ աշխատավայրի վերաբերյալ տեղեկանքներ Հայաստանի բանկերից մեկից և «Անգլերենի ուսուցման կենտրոնում» ուսանելու փաստաթուղթ։ Նաև պայմանավորվում են, որ դրական արդյունքի դեպքում կինը տղամարդուն կվճարի 10 հազար դոլար։
Նոյեմբերի 17-ին կինը դիմում է դեսպանատուն՝ ոչ ներգաղթային ուսանողական վիզա ստանալու նպատակով։ Սակայն քրեական ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ փաստաթղթերը կեղծ են, և կինը երբևէ չի աշխատել հիշյալ բանկում։
Կազմված փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են Քննչական կոմիտե։ Դեկտեմբերի 1-ին նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ անօրինական միգրացիա կազմակերպելու և կեղծ փաստաթղթեր իրացնելու, պատրաստելու կամ օգտագործելու հատկանիշներով։
