Ահա թե ինչ տեսք է ունեցել Ռիո մոլի տարածքը, մինչև 2017 թվականը` Սամվել Կարապետյանի ներդրումը։
Իհարկե, «առաջընթաց» է, որ վերջապես ՔՊ-ականներից մեկը խոսեց երկրում գործարան կառուցելու և արտադրություն հիմնելու մեր օրակարգի մասին, բայց ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորին հուշեմ` 2017թվականից հետո Տաշիր Գրուպը ոչ թե մեկ, այլ մի քանի գործարան է կառուցել։
Իսկ Ռիո մոլի բացումը 90-ականներից ավերակ մնացած տարածքը բարեկարգելուց ու այնտեղ տնտեսական գործունեության հնարավորություն ստեղծելուց բացի, նաև 500 աշխատատեղ ապահովեց։ Բայց, Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը, ՔՊ-ական չէր լինի, եթե Հ1-ի ռեպորտաժը, որից օգտվել է, չֆիլտրեր ու այս փաստը միտումնավոր բաց չթողներ։ Այնպես որ, իրենք շարունակելու են աղմկել, Սամվել Կարապետյանը` կառուցել։
