Ինչպես պաշտպանել երեխային սեզոնային վիրուսներից

Սեզոնային վիրուսները հատկապես ակտիվանում են աշնանը և ձմռանը, երբ երեխաների իմունային համակարգը հաճախ չի հասցնում դիմակայել շրջակա միջավայրում տարածվող վարակներին։ Մանկապարտեզը և դպրոցը, համարվում են վիրուսների արագ տարածման հիմնական միջավայրերից մեկը։ Մասնագետները նշում են, որ ճիշտ կանխարգելումը կարող է զգալիորեն նվազեցնել վարակման ռիսկը։
Անձնական հիգիենա՝ առաջին և ամենակարևոր քայլը
Երեխային պետք է սովորեցնել հաճախ լվանալ ձեռքերը՝ հատկապես դրսից վերադառնալուց, խաղալուց հետո և ուտելուց առաջ։ Եթե հնարավոր չէ ձեռքերը լվանալ, կարելի է օգտագործել ալկոհոլային հիմքով ախտահանիչ միջոցներ։
Սնունդ և վիտամիններ
Հավասարակշռված սննդակարգը մեծ դեր ունի իմուն համակարգի ամրացման գործում։ Երեխայի սննդի մեջ պետք է ներառել մրգեր, բանջարեղեն, բնական հյութեր, ինչպես նաև սպիտակուցներով հարուստ մթերքներ։ Վիտամինների ընդունումը ցանկալի է իրականացնել բժշկի խորհրդով։
Օդափոխություն և մաքրություն տանը
Տան ներսում օդի որակը կարևոր գործոն է։ Խորհուրդ է տրվում օրական մի քանի անգամ օդափոխել սենյակները և իրականացնել խոնավ մաքրում՝ վիրուսների տարածումը նվազեցնելու համար։

Վիրուսների ակտիվ շրջաններում ցանկալի է սահմանափակել երեխայի այցերը գերծանրաբեռնված փակ տարածքներ՝ առևտրի կենտրոններ, խիտ միջոցառումներ և տրանսպորտի գերբեռնված ժամեր։
Լավ քուն և հանգիստ
Լիարժեք քունը օգնում է օրգանիզմին վերականգնվել և դիմակայել վարակներին։ Երեխայի համար կարևոր է պահպանել քնի ճիշտ ռեժիմը։
Ե՞րբ դիմել բժշկին
Եթե երեխայի մոտ ի հայտ են գալիս բարձր ջերմություն, ուժեղ հազ, շնչառության դժվարացում կամ ընդհանուր թուլություն, անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ դիմել բժշկի և չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժությամբ։
Մասնագետները հիշեցնում են, որ կանխարգելումը միշտ ավելի արդյունավետ է, քան բուժումը, և ծնողների ուշադրությունն ու հետևողականությունը կարող են երեխային պահպանել բազմաթիվ վիրուսային հիվանդություններից։
