ԱՄՆ-ը 10% մաքսավճար է սահմանել Հայաստանից առաքանու համար

Հայաստանից ԱՄՆ ուղարկվող ծանրոցների համար «Հայփոստը» սկսել է լրացուցիչ 10 տոկոս գանձել, որը ներկայացվում է որպես ԱՄՆ մաքսատուրք։ Այս մասին գրում է Հետքը:
Տիգրան Հակոբյանն օրեր առաջ «Հայփոստի» միջոցով ծանրոց ուղարկելիս տեղեկացել է, որ 10 % ավել գումար պետք է վճարի։ «Հարցրեցի աշխատակցին՝ ի՞նչ է դա, ասաց՝ 10 % ապրանքի արժեքից պետք է ավել վճարեք, մեկ ամիս է, ինչ էդպես է։ Հարցնում եմ՝ ինչի՞ համար, կամ ու՞մ եմ վճարում՝ ԱՄՆ-ին, ՀՀ-ին, թե «Հայփոստին», չկարողացավ պատասխանել»,- ասում է Տիգրանը։ Ըստ նրա՝ անդորրագրի վրա գրված է՝ ԱՄՆ մաքսատուրք, բայց ուղեկցող փաստաթղթում, որն առաքանու հետ ուղարկվում է ԱՄՆ, ոչ մի նշում չկա։
«Չեմ ուզում ենթադրություններ անել, բայց պատկերացրեք՝ որքան մարդ է ԱՄՆ առաքանի, մանր կապոց կամ ծանրոց ուղարկում, ու ինչ գումարներ են գանձում»,- նշում է Տիգրանը։ Այս հավելյալ մաքսատուրքը չի վերաբերում Եվրոպա ու Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն ուղարկվող ծանրոցներին։
«Հետքը» գրավոր հարցմամբ դիմել է «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ին՝ ուղղելով քաղաքացուն հուզող հարցերը։
«Հայփոստ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը հայտնել է, որ 10 տոկոսանոց հավելավճարը պայմանավորված է ԱՄՆ կառավարության սահմանած նոր սակագնային կարգավորումներով։ «Միացյալ Նահանգների կողմից ընդունված որոշ փոփոխությունների արդյունքում Հայաստանից ԱՄՆ առաքանիների համար սահմանվել է մաքսազերծման նոր կարգ, ըստ որի՝ բոլոր առաքանիների մասով պետք է հաշվարկված լինի մաքսաճարի չափը և փոխանցվի ԱՄՆ-ի մաքսային մարմիններ ուղարկող ընկերություն, կամ ԱՄՆ հավաստագրված ընկերություններից որևէ մեկի միջոցով։ ՀՀ-ի համար մաքսային շեմը սահմանված է 10 %»,- ասվում է «Հայփոստի» պատասխանում:
