Աղցաններ, որոնք պարտադիր են 2026 թվականի սեղանին

2026 թվականը՝ Կարմիր Կրակե Ձիու տարին, իր խորհրդաբանությամբ խորհուրդ է տալիս համադրել թեթև, գունավոր և բնական բաղադրիչներով պատրաստված ուտեստներ։ Այդ պատճառով խոհարարական մասնագետները նշում են, որ տոնական սեղանը պետք է ներառի ավելի շատ բանջարեղենային, թարմ և սննդային հավասարակշռությունը պահպանող աղցաններ։ Լրատվականը ներկայացնում է այն աղցանները, որոնք այս տարի ամենաակտուալ ընտրություններից են։
1. Վինեգրետ՝ հայկական ընտանիքների դասական ընտրություն
Վինեգրետն ամենատարածված տոնական աղցաններից է, որը շարունակում է մնալ պահանջված նաև 2026-ին։ Այն թեթև է, հարուստ բանջարեղեններով և հարմար է ինչպես հիմնական, այնպես էլ կողմնակի ուտեստի կարգով։ Բազուկի, գազարի, տապակած կամ խաշած կարտոֆիլի ու թթու բաղադրիչների համադրությունն ապահովում է սննդարար ու վիտամիններով հարուստ ուտեստ։
2. Թաբբուլե՝ 2026-ի առողջարար միտումների առաջատար
Միջերկրածովյան այս աղցանը վերջին տարիներին մեծ տարածում է ստացել նաև Հայաստանում։ Թաբբուլեն համարվում է տարվա ամենաթրենդային սեղանի բաղադրիչներից մեկը՝ շնորհիվ իր թարմ բաղադրիչների՝ մաղադանոս, լոլիկ, սոխ, քուսքուս կամ բուրգուլ, ձիթայուղ և լիմոնի հյութ։ Այն հատկապես խորհուրդ է տրվում ծանր ուտեստներին համապատասխան հակադրվող իր թեթև բաղադրության շնորհիվ։
3. Ֆատթուշ՝ գունավոր և հյութեղ տոնական աղցան
Արևմտյան Ասիայի երկրներից սերված ֆատթուշը թարմ բանջարեղենի և թեթևակի տապակած հացի համադրություն է։ 2026-ի տոնական սեղանների համար այն դիտարկվում է որպես ոճային ու նորաձև լուծում։ Թթվահամ սոուսի շնորհիվ ֆատթուշը միաժամանակ և՛ թեթև է, և՛ կշտացնող։
4. «Միմոզա»՝ դասական տոնական շերտավոր աղցան
Տարիներ շարունակ «Միմոզան» չի կորցնում իր տեղը հայկական տոների սեղաններին։ Շերտավոր այս աղցանը, որի բաղադրիչներն են ձուկը, ձուն, պանիրը և սոխը, շարունակում է մնալ փափուկ ու նուրբ համերի սիրահարների լավագույն ընտրություններից։ 2026-ին այն կրկին համարվում է տոնական սեղանի պարտադիր տարր։
5. Կաղամբով թարմ աղցան՝ տարվա խորհրդին համապատասխան
Քանի որ Կրակե Ձին առանձնահատուկ շեշտադրում է դնում թարմության, կենդանության և առողջ կենսակերպի վրա, սննդաբանները խորհուրդ են տալիս սեղանին ներառել նաև թարմ կաղամբով, գազարով ու կանաչիներով աղցաններ։ Դրանք ոչ միայն առողջարար են, այլև գունային առումով ներդաշնակ են տարվա խորհրդային գույների հետ։
