Քննիչի և ոստիկանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու մեջ մեղադրվող անձի գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն հարցաքննության հրավիրված քաղաքացու եղբայրը՝ Ս. Ա.-ն, հիշյալ քննչական վարչության վարչական շենքի մոտ հայհոյանքներ և անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններ հնչեցնելով՝ բացահայտ անհարգալից և արհամարհական վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերել հասարակության, իրավական և բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ, ինչպես նաև բռնություն է գործադրել նշված քննչական վարչության քննիչի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի պահպանության բաժնի ոստիկանի նկատմամբ:
Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ Ս. Ա.-ն, տեղեկանալով, որ եղբայրը նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17-ին հարցաքննության նպատակով հրավիրվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, գնացել է նշված քննչական վարչության շենքի մոտ և, գտնվելով ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում, դիտավորությամբ կոպիտ կերպով խախտել է հասարակական կարգը, հնչեցրել սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ և այլ անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններ: Այդ ընթացում Ս. Ա.-ի եղբորը հարցաքննության հրավիրած քննիչը դուրս է եկել վարչական շենքի դիմաց՝ փորձելով պարզել, թե ինչ է պատահել: Ս. Ա.-ն, սակայն, շարունակել է իր հակաիրավական վարքագիծը՝ հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել քննիչի հասցեին և հարվածել նրա թիկունքին՝ այդ կերպ բռնություն գործադրելով վերջինիս նկատմամբ՝ կապված նրա օրինական ծառայողական գործունեության հետ։
Վերը նշված քննչական վարչության շենքում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանության ծառայողը Ս. Ա.-ի հակաիրավական վարքագիծը կանխելու նպատակով փորձել է բռնել նրան, սակայն վերջինս բռնություն է գործադրել նաև ոստիկանի նկատմամբ՝ պատճառելով առողջության թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չպարունակող մարմնական վնասվածք, որից հետո դիմել է փախուստի:
Ս. Ա.-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 452-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 490-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը:
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:
