SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով դեկտեմբերի 2-ին, արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 19։00-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության բաժին է դիմել Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Գ․ Ե․-ն և հայտնել, որ կինը, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Մ․ Պ․-ն, ով եղել է հղիության 7-րդ ամսում, դեկտեմբերի 1-ին սահմանված կարգով «դոպլեր» բուժզննում է անցել Աբովյան քաղաքի «Լայֆ Մեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնում, որտեղ բժիշկ Արտյոմ Ա․-ն «դոպլեր» ստուգումից հետո հայտնել է, որ «ընկերքը առաջադիր» է, սակայն չի տեղեկացրել դրա վտանգի և հնարավոր հետևանքների մասին, հակառակը հայտնել է, որ ամեն ինչ կարգին է և որևէ վտանգ առկա չէ։

Գ․ Ե․-ն հայտնել է, որ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին ժամը 04։00-ի սահմաններում կնոջ մոտ արյունահոսություն է սկսվել, մինչև տեղափոխել է Երևան, արդեն գրանցվել է պտղի մահը և կնոջ կյանքը դժվարությամբ է հաջողվել փրկել։

Տղամարդը հայտնել է, որ դեռ չծնված երեխայի մահվան և կնոջ առողջական վիճակի մեղավորը բժիշկ Արտյոմ Ա․-ի մասնագիտական պարտականությունները չկատարելն է եղել։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին։
