Պահեստազորի գնդապետ, խարդախության մեղադրանքով 6 տարի 6 ամսվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանին մերժել են վաղաժամ ազատելու համար ներկայացված միջնորդությունը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանի փաստաբան Արա Զաքարյանը:
«Ոչ մի հիմք չկար մերժելու համար, քանի որ Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանը ոչ մի խախտում թույլ չէր տվել ազատազրկման ընթացքում: Մերժման որոշումը դեռ չեմ ստացել, ստանալուց հետո ավելի պարզ կլինի, թե կոնկրետ ինչու են մերժել նրան»,-ասաց փաստաբանը:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդել էինք, որ Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանը հնարավոր է վաղաժամ ազատ արձակվի, քանի որ լրացել է նրա պատժի կրման 1/3-ը, որից հետո քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ադմինիստրացիան պետք է միջնորդություն ներկայացնի հանձնաժողովին պայմանական վաղաժամ ազատ արձակելու համար:
Նշենք, որ Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանի կինը՝ Մարգարիտա Բաղրամյանը, մի մասը պարտքով, մի մասը դրամահավաքի գումարներով վճարել է 2000 դոլար տուգանքը, որը դատարանի որոշմամբ պետք է բռնագանձվեր Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից հօգուտ պետբյուջեի:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանը մեղադրվում էր խարդախության համար։ Ըստ նրան առաջադրված մեղադրանքի՝ նա 2000 դոլար կաշառք է վերցրել Հենրիկ Զաքարյանից՝ նրա թոռանը ժամկետային ծառայությունից ազատելու համար, եւ 500 դոլար է պահանջել Ալբերտ Մաթոսյանից նրա որդուն զորամասում համակարգչային օպերատոր նշանակելու հարցը լուծելու համար։ Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանը հերքում է մեղադրանքը։ Նա եւ իր մարտական ընկերները կարծում են, որ սա քաղաքական հետապնդում է պահեստազորի գնդապետի դեմ՝ իրենց սոցիալական պայմանները բարելավելու նպատակով ազատամարտիկների բողոքի շարժումը ղեկավարելու համար: Առաջին ատյանի դատարանը Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանին 6 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկման էր դատապարտել։ Վերաքննիչ եւ Վճռաբեկ դատարանները մերժել էին Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանի փաստաբանի բողոքը։
