Հայաստանը չի կարող անվերջ մնալ ռազմավարական անորոշության մեջ։ Երկընտրանքի պահը կամա թե ակամա մոտենում է, և սխալ, չհաշվարկված ընտրության գինը կարող է վճարվել ոչ թե իշխանության, այլ պետության հաշվին։

Գրել է քաղաքագետ, «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը։

«ԵՄ-ԵԱՏՄ «երկընտրանքը» և իշխանության վտանգավոր մանևրը․

ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը հերթական անգամ բաց տեքստով արձանագրում է այն, ինչ վաղուց ակնհայտ է․ Հայաստանը չի կարող անսահմանափակ ժամանակով միաժամանակ մնալ թե՛ ԵՄ-ի, թե՛ ԵԱՏՄ-ի տիրույթում։

Այս անգամ, սակայն, հայտարարությունը ուղեկցվում է շատ կոնկրետ տնտեսական ազդակով՝ հայ–ռուսական առևտրաշրջանառության կտրուկ անկմամբ և ռուսական բիզնեսի աճող զգուշավորությամբ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ։

12,4 միլիարդ դոլարից մինչև շուրջ 6 միլիարդ․ սա պարզապես անկումային վիճակագրությունը չէ։

Սա քաղաքական մեսիջ է, որը վկայում է, որ Մոսկվան Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական մանևրները դիտարկում է ոչ թե տեսական, այլ գործնական հարթությունում։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշում է, որ «դեռ չի եկել ընտրության պահը»։

Սակայն իրականությունն այն է, որ իշխանության արտաքին քաղաքական քայլերն արդեն իսկ ենթադրում են ընտրություն՝ առանց դրա քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը հրապարակայնորեն ստանձնելու։

Եվրաինտեգրման մասին խոսվում է որպես փրկության ուղի, սակայն բացակայում են թե՛ հստակ ռազմավարությունը, թե՛ ճանապարհային քարտեզը, թե՛ հանրային համաձայնությունը։

Ավելին՝ այս ամենը տեղի է ունենում այն պայմաններում, երբ անգամ ԱՄՆ ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարության մեջ առկա են կոշտ գնահատականներ ԵՄ-ի ներկա վիճակի և նրա հեռանկարների վերաբերյալ։

Այսինքն, Հայաստանը փորձում է կողմնորոշվել մի համակարգի ուղղությամբ, որի ապագան ինքնին լիովին հստակ չէ։

Եվ այստեղ առաջանում է գլխավոր հարցը․

արդյո՞ք իշխանության այսպես կոչված «եվրոպական օրակարգը» պետական երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարություն է, թե՞ ներքաղաքական տեխնոլոգիա՝ հակառուսականության հիմքով ներքաղաքական դիվիդենտներ ապահովելու համար։

Հայաստանը չի կարող անվերջ մնալ ռազմավարական անորոշության մեջ։

Երկընտրանքի պահը կամա թե ակամա մոտենում է, և սխալ, չհաշվարկված ընտրության գինը կարող է վճարվել ոչ թե իշխանության, այլ պետության հաշվին»։
