Ջրային ռեսուրսներն ու կենսաբազմազանությունը Հայաստանի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեն, և շատ կարևոր է, որ դրանց պատշաճ պահպանությունը քաղաքացիների պատասխանատու հանձնառությունը լինի։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՆԳՆ-ից։

Նոյեմբերի 20-ից փետրվարի 1-ը, պայմանավորված սիգի ձվադրման ժամանակաշրջանով, խստիվ արգելվում է Սևանա լճում սիգի արդյունագործական որսը։

Ապօրինի ձկնորսության դեպքերը կանխելու նպատակով Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գումարտակի ջրային պարեկները, Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության Էկոպարեկային ծառայության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ, դեկտեմբերի 5-ից Սևանա լճում և հարակից տարածքներում ակտիվացրել են հսկողությունը, ինչի արդյունքում հայտնաբերել են ձկնորսական ցանցեր և ձկնագողության դեպքեր։

Հանրային իրավագիտակցությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով ջրային պարեկները ձկնորսությամբ զբաղվող քաղաքացիների շրջանում նախապես իրականացրել են իրազեկումներ, բացատրական աշխատանքներ։

Ջրային պարեկների վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի հրամանատար Իշխան Հակոբյանի խոսքով՝ «Էկոպարեկային ծառայության հետ իրականացնում ենք նաև ափամերձ հատվածներում ծառայություն։ Հսկողությունը ուժեղացրել ենք հատկապես լողամիջոցների, ինչպես նաև որսի միջոցների, որսագործիքների դուրս բերման նպատակով»։

Իրավախախտներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ շուրջօրյա ծառայություն է իրականացվում՝ կիրառելով նաև անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր։ Ջրային պարեկներն ու էկոպարեկային ծառայության աշխատակիցները հորդորում են՝ ռիսկի չդիմել. ցանկացած իրավախախտ հայտնաբերվելու և պատասխանատվության է ենթարկվելու։

«Սևանա լճի տարբեր հատվածներից արդեն հայտնաբերվել են քողարկված տասնյակից ավելի լողամիջոցներ, որոնք տեղափոխվել են հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք»,- նշել է ՇՄՆ էկոպարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության Սևան տեղամասի համակարգող Պողոս Մարտիրոսյանը:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից դեկտեմբերի 4-ից 8-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ապօրինի ձկնորսության մի շարք դեպքեր են բացահայտվել: Մասնավորապես, Տավուշի մարզի պարեկները Սպիտակ քաղաքի բնակչի մեքենայում հայտնաբերել են ապօրինի որսած 210 սիգ: Ապօրինի ձկնորսության դեպքեր են հայտնաբերել նաև ջրային պարեկները. Սևան-Մարտունի-Գետափ ճանապարհին Նորատուս գյուղի բնակչի մեքենայում հայտնաբերվել է՝ 154, իսկ Սևան քաղաքի բնակչի մեքենայում՝ 82 ապօրինի որսած սիգ:

Սևանա լճի ապագան կախված է այն հարստությունից, որը թաքնված է նրա խորքերում։ Եվ իրականացվող հսկողությունն ու արգելքները պարզապես վարչական գործողություններ չեն, այլ բնական ռեսուրսը պահպանելուն միտված քայլ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ձվադրման շրջանում Սևանա լճում ապօրինի ձկնորսությամբ զբաղվելը նախատեսում է վարչական ու քրեական պատասխանատվություն:
