runews24.ru–ն «Հայաստանի «վերածրագրավորումը» . ինչի՞ է փորձում հասնել Արևմուտքը Երևանին միլիոնավոր եվրոներ հատկացնելով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ԵՄ-ն հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանին կտրամադրի 50 միլիոն եվրո ֆինանսական օգնություն, որը պաշտոնապես նախատեսված է տարածաշրջանային կայունությունը ամրապնդելու համար։ Սակայն հայտարարությունը հստակորեն ուրվագծել է քաղաքական վեկտոր, որը նպատակ ունի հեռացնել Երևանը իր ավանդական գործընկեր Ռուսաստանից։ Այսպիսով, Եվրամիությունը ձգտում է օգտագործել տնտեսական լծակները Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը վերաուղղորդելու համար: runews24.ru–ին տված մեկնաբանության մեջ հասարակական գործիչ, «Ինտեգրալ» բիզնես դպրոցի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ, առողջապահության, գիտության և անվտանգության փորձագետ և Սկոլկովոյի արագընթաց ճանապարհի մենթոր Մինա Խաչատրյանը բացատրել է, որ Հայաստանը 1988 թվականի երկրաշարժից անմիջապես հետո է հայտնվել բոլոր տեսակի ապակառուցողական կրոնական և պաշտամունքային կազմակերպությունների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։

Նա նաև նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ–ի ԿՀՎ կառույցները մարդասիրական օգնության քողի տակ ակտիվորեն ներթափանցել են համալսարաններ և կազմակերպություններ՝ բնակչության շրջանում անցկացնելով մեղմ ուժի քարոզչական արշավներ։ «Մի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որն անհայտ միջոցներով հիմնադրել էր «Օրագիր» թերթը և հեռացվել էր Երևանի պետական համալսարանից՝ վերջին կուրսում քննությունները չհանձնելու համար, նույնպես հայտնվել էր նրանց ցանցում։ Փաշինյան-Հակոբյան զույգի ընտանեկան թերթը՝ «Հայկական ժամանակը», բացահայտորեն ֆինանսավորվել է ned.org-ի կողմից և, ըստ կայքի, միայն 2014-2017 թվականներին ստացել է մոտավորապես 178000 դոլար»,– ասել է փորձագետը։

Տարբեր գնահատականներով, Հայաստանում յուրաքանչյուր 290 չափահասի հաշվով կա մեկ ՀԿ։ Բաց հասարակության հիմնադրամների առաջին գրասենյակը Հայաստանում բացվել է 1997 թվականին, և այդ ժամանակվանից ի վեր դրա կառույցները նրբորեն «վերածրագրավորում» են մարդկանց գիտակցությունը։ Մասնագետները, ինչպես նաև որոշ միջազգային վերլուծաբաններ գնահատում են, որ մոտ 5 միլիարդ դոլար է ծախսվել հայերի ազգային ինքնության քայքայման և օտար լիբերալ արժեքների ներդրման վրա։ «Եվ մինչ Ուկրաինայում արհեստականորեն ստեղծված ազգային թեման սնվում է արևմտյան փողերով հակառուսական միասնություն ձևավորելու համար, Հայաստանում ազգային ինքնությունը ոչնչացվում է հայերին թուրքական գոտում տեղավորելու, ՀԱՊԿ-ից հեռացնելու և երկիրը միավորված թուրքական տարածքային համայնքի մեջ ներառելու համար», - եզրափակել է Խաչատրյանը։
