Ուշ գիշերին ՀՅԴ-ում կրքերն այնքան են թեժացել, որ զանգել են նախագահական

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Սպասվում է, որ այսօր իշխանության եւ ՀՅԴ-ի միջեւ պետք է ստորագրվի համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագիրը, որով ՀՅԴ-ն պետք է ստանձնի որոշ ոլորտների եւ մարզերի պատասխանատվությունը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ՀՅԴ որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ պետք է նշանակվեն նախարարներ, իսկ որոշները՝ մարզպետներ:
Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ մինչեւ երեկ ուշ գիշեր ՀՅԴ-ում քննարկումները ՀՅԴ թեկնածուների շուրջ շարունակվել են, եւ կրքերը այնքան են թեժացել, որ ինչ-որ պահի ՀՅԴ ներկայացուցիչները զանգել են նախագահական նստավայր եւ բացատրել, որ ներքին անհամաձայնության պատճառով ՀՅԴ-ի համագործակցությունը իշխանության հետ կարող է չկայանալ:
ՀՅԴ վերնախավը կիսվել է երկու մասի, եւ կողմերից յուրաքանչյուրը ունի իր շահերն ու հետաքրքրությունները: Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ բանակցող Հրանտ Մարգարյանը համարում է, որ ինքը արդեն համաձայնեցրել է ՀՅԴ նախարարական թեկնածուների հարցը՝ ի դեմս Արծվիկ Մինասյանի, Դավիթ Լոքյանի եւ Լեւոն Մկրտչյանի: Բայց ՀՅԴ մյուս թեւը, որը ոչ պակաս ազդեցիկ է՝ ի դեմս ՀՅԴ խմբակցության ղեկավար Արմեն Ռուստամյանի, ՀՅԴ ԳՄ ներկայացուցիչ Աղվան Վարդանյանի եւ Լիլիթ Գալստյանի, համարում են, որ Դավիթ Լոքյանի եւ Լեւոն Մկրտչյանի թեկնածությունները անընդունելի են:
Նրանք իրենց դիրքորոշումը բացատրում են նրանով, որ Լոքյանը եւ Մկրտչյանը վերջին մի քանի տարիներին ոչնչով չեն տարբերվել հայաստանյան մյուս օլիգարխներից եւ շատ հաճախ նույնիսկ հարկ չեն համարել շփվել դաշնակցական հին ընկերների հետ:
Քննարկումների ժամանակ դժգոհություն է հնչել, որ այդ մարդիկ այնքան են կտրված եղել կուսակցությունից, որ նույնիսկ չեն պատասխանել դաշնակցական պատգամավորների հեռախոսազանգերին:
Որոշ դաշնակցականներ ընկեր Հրանտին բացահայտ մեղադրել են նախարար թեկնածուներից նրանց թեկնածությունը առաջադրելու եւ պաշտպանելու դիմաց խոշոր գումարներ վերցնելու մեջ, եւ հայտարարել են, որ իրենք մտադիր չեն պաշտպանելու Մարգարյանի կոռուպցիոն գործարքները:
Չի բացառվում, որ այսօր ՀՅԴ ներկայացուցիչները հանդես գան հայտարարությամբ, բացառեն իշխանություն-ՀՅԴ համագործակցությունը, եթե, իհարկե, ընկեր Հրանտը արդարաբար չկիսվի: Որոշ իրատեսությունը չկորցրած դաշնակցականներ, ովքեր տեղյակ են դրսի կառույցների արձագանքին, համարում են, որ այդ համաձայնագրի կնքման արդյունքում դաշնակցական կառույցը կարող է ընդհանրապես փլուզվել»:
