Համայնքային ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի ծառայողները ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում նախկինում կատարված գողությունների դեպքեր են բացահայտել:
Գողությունները կատարվել էին Ծիծեռնակաբերդի խճուղում գտնվող առևտրի կենտրոնից:
Իրացնելով օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները՝ համայնքային ոստիկանները առևտրի կենտրոնում հայտնաբերել, գողություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալել և բաժին են տեղափոխել 16-ամյա երկու պատանիների:
Պարզվել է, որ նրանցից մեկը հունիս-նոյեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում առևտրի կենտրոնի տարբեր սրահներից չորս գողություն էր կատարել, իսկ ձերբակալման պահին նրա հագին նույն օրը գողացած հագուստ էր:
Մյուս պատանին նոյեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում առևտրի կենտրոնից հինգ գողություն էր կատարել:
16-ամյա պատանիները կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացվել են նախաքննական մարմին:
Համայնքային ոստիկանները ուժեղացված ծառայություն իրականացնելիս նշված առևտրի կենտրոնում նկատել են ևս մի երիտասարդի, որը խանութ-սրահներից մեկում փորձում էր հագուստ գողանալ: Նա հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է բաժին, որտեղ նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է գողոնը: Պարզվել է նաև, որ 19-ամյա երիտասարդը նույն սրահից հագուստ էր գողացել նաև նախկինում:
