ԱՄՆ-ում վաճառքի կհանվի մաշկի քաղցկեղից պաշտպանող բաղադրիչով արևապաշտպան քսուք

Ամերիկացիները շուտով կարող են հասանելիություն ստանալ արևապաշտպան քսուքի նոր բաղադրիչին, որն արդեն օգտագործվում է ամբողջ աշխարհում, գրում է Health Day-ը։
ԱՄՆ Սննդամթերքի և դեղերի վարչությունը դեկտեմբերի 11-ին հայտարարել է, որ քննարկում է Միացյալ Նահանգներում վաճառվող արևապաշտպան քսուքներում բեմոտրիզինոլի օգտագործումը թույլատրելու առաջարկը։ Այս բաղադրիչն արդեն հաստատված է և լայնորեն կիրառվում է Եվրոպայում, Ավստրալիայում և Ասիայի որոշ հատվածներում։ Բեմոտրիզինոլն ապահովում է լայն պաշտպանություն ինչպես ուլտրամանուշակագույն A, այնպես էլ B տիպի ճառագայթներից, որոնք, ինչպես հայտնի է, վնասում են մաշկը և մեծացնում քաղցկեղի զարգացման ռիսկը։
Այս բաղադրիչը «մաշկի միջոցով օրգանիզմ ներթափանցելու ցածր մակարդակ ունի և հազվադեպ է մաշկի գրգռվածություն առաջացնում», ասվում է վարչության հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Ներկայումս Սննդամթերքի և դեղերի վարչությունը խստորեն կարգավորում է արևապաշտպան միջոցների բաղադրությունը գործընթացի միջոցով, որը որոշում է՝ արդյոք դրանք «ընդհանուր առմամբ անվտանգ և արդյունավետ են»։
Ցանկացած նոր ակտիվ բաղադրիչ պետք է անցնի անվտանգության և արդյունավետության մանրակրկիտ ստուգում, նախքան այն կավելացվի ԱՄՆ-ում վաճառվող արտադրանքներում։
Բեմոտրիզինոլ ավելացնելու հայտը ներկայացրել է «Դի Էս Էմ Նութրիշն Փրոդաքթս» ընկերությունը՝ Շվեյցարիայում և Նիդերլանդներում տեղակայված եվրոպական ընկերությունը։ Սննդամթերքի և դեղերի վարչությունը հրապարակել է առաջարկը հանրային քննարկման համար և այժմ կգնահատի բաղադրիչը՝ նախքան որոշում կայացնելը, թե արդյոք պետք է թույլատրել դրա օգտագործումը ամերիկյան արևապաշտպան քսուքներում։ Առողջապահության ոլորտի փորձագետները պնդում են, որ այժմ խիստ անհրաժեշտ են ավելի որակյալ արևապաշտպան միջոցներ։ Մաշկի քաղցկեղի դեպքերի մեծ մասը պայմանավորված է չափազանց ուժեղ ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթմամբ՝ լինի դա արևից, սոլյարիներից, թե արևայրուքի համար նախատեսված լամպերից։ Պաշտպանիչ հագուստը, գլխարկները, արևային ակնոցներն ու ծածկերը օգնում են սահմանափակել ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթման ազդեցությունը, սակայն արևապաշտպան քսուքը մնում է պաշտպանության առանցքային միջոց։
Քիմիական արևապաշտպան քսուքները կլանում են ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթները և դրանք վերածում ջերմության, մինչդեռ հանքային արևապաշտպան քսուքները, ինչպիսիք են ցինկի օքսիդը և տիտանի երկօքսիդը, մնում են մաշկի մակերեսին և արգելափակում ճառագայթների ներթափանցումը։
