Մաշկաբանը զգուշացնում է․ խալերը կարող են լուրջ վտանգ ներկայացնել առողջությանը

Խալերը մաշկի ամենատարածված երևույթներից են, և մարդկանց մեծ մասը դրանց չի տալիս առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն։ Սակայն մաշկաբանները զգուշացնում են, որ որոշ խալեր կարող են առողջական լուրջ խնդիրների, այդ թվում՝ մաշկի քաղցկեղի պատճառ դառնալ, եթե ժամանակին ուշադրության չարժանանան։
Մասնագետների խոսքով՝ խալերի մեծ մասը բարորակ է և կյանքի ընթացքում որևէ վտանգ չի ներկայացնում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, կան դեպքեր, երբ խալերի կառուցվածքը կամ տեսքը կարող է փոխվել՝ դառնալով մտահոգիչ ազդանշան։ Հատկապես վտանգավոր են համարվում այն խալերը, որոնք սկսում են արագ մեծանալ, փոխում են գույնը, ունեն անհավասար եզրեր կամ ուղեկցվում են քորով, ցավով կամ արյունահոսությամբ։
Մաշկաբանները նշում են, որ խալերի վրա բացասական ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ արևի ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթումը։ Երկարատև և անկառավարելի արևայրուքը, հատկապես առանց պաշտպանիչ միջոցների, կարող է նպաստել խալերի փոփոխությանը և մեծացնել մելանոմայի առաջացման ռիսկը։ Այդ պատճառով խորհուրդ է տրվում արևի տակ գտնվելիս օգտագործել արևապաշտպան քսուքներ և խուսափել արևի ամենաակտիվ ժամերից։
Մյուս կարևոր գործոնը խալերի մեխանիկական վնասումն է։ Հագուստի շփումը, սափրվելը կամ ինքնուրույն խալը վնասելը կարող են բարդությունների պատճառ դառնալ։ Մասնագետները խստորեն խորհուրդ են տալիս երբեք չփորձել խալերը հեռացնել տնային պայմաններում։
Մաշկաբանների կարծիքով՝ խալերի վտանգները նվազեցնելու լավագույն միջոցը կանոնավոր ինքնազննումն ու մասնագիտական ստուգումներն են։ Եթե մարդը նկատում է խալի տեսքի որևէ փոփոխություն, անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ դիմել մաշկաբանի։ Ժամանակին հայտնաբերված խնդիրները, որպես կանոն, հաջողությամբ բուժվում են և լուրջ հետևանքներ չեն ունենում։
Մասնագետները ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում են․ խալերը չեն կարելի անտեսել։ Մաշկի նկատմամբ ուշադիր վերաբերմունքը կարող է փրկել ոչ միայն առողջությունը, այլև կյանքը։
