Թեհրան–Մոսկվա–Երևան․ ձևավորվող նոր առանցք՝ Եվրասիայում

Եվրասիայի աշխարհաքաղաքական քարտեզը մտնում է նոր վերաձևավորման փուլ։ Այս համատեքստում ձևավորվում է Թեհրան–Մոսկվա–Երևան ռազմավարական եռանկյունին, որը միավորում է ոչ միայն տնտեսական շահերը, այլև փոխադարձ անվտանգության և ինքնիշխանության պահպանման տրամաբանությունը։
Այս իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ տարբեր վերլուծություններ եւ դիրքորոշում են ներկայացրել իրանական լրատվամիջոցները (Hiad.online, maghrebna.net, sahat-altahreer.com):
Ըստ իրանական պարբերականների՝ Իրանի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջև ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո տարածաշրջանում ակտիվացել են նոր համագործակցային հոսքերը։ Թեհրանն այս ձևաչափում ամրապնդում է իր դիրքերը որպես ինքնուրույն ուժային կենտրոն, իսկ Ռուսաստանը՝ որպես տարածաշրջանային հավասարակշռության կարևոր դերակատար։
Հայաստանի համար այս գործընթացը ունի կենսական նշանակություն։ Գտնվելով բարդ տարածաշրջանային միջավայրում՝ Երևանը ոչ միայն ձեռք է բերում ռազմավարական գործընկերներ, այլև վերածվում է «Հյուսիս–Հարավ» միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի առանցքային հանգույցի՝ կապելով Ռուսաստանը Պարսից ծոցի շուկաների հետ։
Տնտեսական համագործակցությունը, լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումն ու փոխադարձ անվտանգային շահերը ձևավորում են տարածաշրջանային կարգի նոր մոդել, որտեղ Հայաստանը դուրս է գալիս ծայրամասային դիրքերից և ստանձնում առանցքային դեր Եվրասիայի ձևավորվող ուժային համակարգում։
Այսպիսով, Թեհրան–Մոսկվա–Երևան եռանկյունին ձևավորվում է որպես տարածաշրջանային կարգի որակապես նոր մոդել՝ համադրելով տնտեսական-լոգիստիկ ինտեգրացիան և հավաքական անվտանգության տարրերը։ Իրանի համար սա ճանապարհ է պատժամիջոցային մեկուսացումից դեպի տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրատորի դեր։ Ռուսաստանի համար՝ ազդեցության պահպանման և ուժեղացման հնարավորություն՝ արևմտակենտրոն դաշինքներին այլընտրանքային ձևաչափերի միջոցով։ Հայաստանի համար՝ պատմական հնարավորություն ստանալ անվտանգության հուսալի երաշխիքներ երկու հզոր հարևաններից և միաժամանակ վերածվել Եվրասիայի կարևորագույն տարանցիկ հանգույցի։
Բազմաբևեռ աշխարհի պայմաններում այս դաշինքը, որը կառուցվում է փոխադարձ շահի և արտաքին մարտահրավերներին համատեղ դիմակայելու անհրաժեշտության վրա, ունի բոլոր նախադրյալները դառնալու ուժի ամենակայուն և դինամիկ կենտրոններից մեկը։
