Հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին դիմակայելու ուղղությամբ ՀՀ-ԵՄ համագործակցությունը շարունակական է և նոր չի սկսվել․ ԱԳՆ

Հայաստանի և ԵՄ-ի միջև տարբեր ուղղություններով, այդ թվում՝ հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին դիմակայելու ոլորտում համագործակցությունը շարունակական է և նոր չի սկսվել։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով ԵՄ արտաքին գործերի և անվտանգության քաղաքականության հարցերով բարձր հանձնակատար Կայա Կալասի հայտարարությունը, ըստ որի՝ Հայաստանը ԵՄ-ից աջակցություն է խնդրել 2026 թվականին նախատեսվող խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ նկատվող հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների դեմ պայքարելու նպատակով։
«Տարբեր ուղղություններով Հայաստանի դիմակայունության բարձրացման, այդ թվում՝ հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին դիմակայելու ուղղությամբ ՀՀ-ԵՄ համագործակցությունը շարունակական է և նոր չի սկսվել։ Գործընկերության զարգացմանը զուգահեռ դիտարկվում, մշակվում, հաստատվում են ՀՀ ժողովրդավարական, տնտեսական դիմակայունության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված տարբեր նախաձեռնություններ։ Այդ սկզբունքով ընդունվեցին, օրինակ՝ այս պահին իրականացման ակտիվ փուլում գտնվող «Դիմակայունություն և աճ» ծրագիրը, Հայաստանում ԵՄ առաքելության տեղակայման մասին որոշումը։
Բացառություն չէ ընտրական գործընթացները ժողովրդավարական չափանիշներին համահունչ ապահովելու ճանապարհին հնարավոր հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին հակազդելու նպատակով փոխգործակցությունը, ԵՄ աջակցությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով այս ուղղությամբ ԵՄ ու անդամ երկրների փորձն ու գործիքակազմը։ Համապատասխանաբար, այո, կան այդ ուղղությամբ համատեղ քննարկումների արդյունքում ձևավորված նախաձեռնություններ, որոնց շուրջ որոշումների կայացման պարագայում հանրությունը պատշաճ կտեղեկացվի»,- ասել է Բադալյանը։
Ավելի վաղ Եվրամիության արտաքին գործերի և անվտանգության քաղաքականության հարցերով բարձր հանձնակատար Կայա Կալասը հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստանը ԵՄ-ից աջակցություն է խնդրել 2026 թվականին նախատեսվող խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ նկատվող հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների դեմ պայքարելու նպատակով։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ԵՄ-ն կարող է տրամադրել աջակցություն՝ նմանատիպ մեխանիզմներով, ինչպես դա արվել է Մոլդովայի դեպքում։
Դեկտեմբերի 2-ին Կայա Կալասը նաև հայտարարել էր, որ Եվրոպական միությունը 15 միլիոն եվրո կտրամադրի Հայաստանին խաղաղության և դիմակայունության ամրապնդման նպատակով՝ ընդգծելով, որ աջակցությունը վերաբերում է նաև տեղեկատվական դաշտում առկա մարտահրավերներին։
