Ինչպե՞ս տարբերել բնական մանդարինը «քիմիականից»

Տոնական սեղաններին մանդարինը գրեթե անփոխարինելի է, սակայն շուկաներում և խանութներում հաճախ հանդիպում են մրգեր, որոնք մշակված են քիմիական նյութերով՝ երկար պահպանման կամ արտաքին տեսքը «կատարյալ» դարձնելու համար։ Ինչպե՞ս ընտրել բնական և անվտանգ մանդարին։ Ահա մի քանի կարևոր նշաններ, որոնք կօգնեն չսխալվել։
Առաջին հերթին ուշադրություն դարձրեք հոտին։ Բնական մանդարինը ունի մեղմ, թարմ և բնական բույր, որը զգացվում է նույնիսկ կեղևի վրա թեթև սեղմելիս։ Եթե հոտը գրեթե չկա կամ հիշեցնում է օծանելիք, դա կարող է վկայել արհեստական մշակման մասին։
Կեղևի տեսքը ևս շատ բան է ասում։ Բնական մանդարինի կեղևը սովորաբար մի փոքր անհարթ է, երբեմն՝ մանր բծերով։ Չափազանց փայլուն, «լաքապատ» տեսք ունեցող մրգերը հաճախ պատված են մոմանման նյութերով, որոնք օգտագործվում են երկար պահպանման համար։ Նման մանդարինը ձեռքերին կարող է թողնել յուղոտ զգացում։
Կարևոր է նաև կեղևի հաստությունն ու հեշտությամբ բացվելը։ Բնական մանդարինի կեղևը սովորաբար հեշտ է առանձնանում պտղից և չի կպչում։ Եթե կեղևը շատ կոշտ է կամ դժվարությամբ է բացվում, հնարավոր է՝ պտուղը մշակված է եղել։
Գույնը պետք է լինի բնական նարնջագույն կամ դեղնանարնջագույն։ Շատ միատեսակ, չափազանց վառ գույնը երբեմն ստացվում է հատուկ գունավորման կամ հասունացման խթանիչների օգտագործմամբ։ Բնական մանդարինները հաճախ ունեն գունային փոքր տարբերություններ։
Վերջապես, ուշադրություն դարձրեք համին։ Բնական մանդարինը ունի թարմ, թեթև թթվաշ կամ քաղցր համ։ Եթե համը «դատարկ» է կամ անսովոր, դա ևս կարող է ազդակ լինել։
