Ինչպես են ձերբակալում 37-ամյա տղամարդուն, ով կյանքից զրկել էր ծնողներին

Գյումրիում` հոգեբուժական կենտրոնում հաշվառված 37-ամյա որդին սեփական տանը կյանքից զրկել է իր ծնողներին. քրեական ոստիկանները օպերատիվորեն վնասազերծել են նրան ու տեղափոխել ոստիկանություն։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 16-ին, սպանություններ են տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում: Ժամը 10:50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Շիրակի մարզի քրեական վարչությունում հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն են ստացվել, որ Գյումրի քաղաքի Կարեն Դեմիրճյան փողոցի տներից մեկում դիեր կան:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել է Շիրակի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետի պաշտոնակատար Արթուր Ֆիշյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Շիրակի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Մարտիրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է:
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության Գյումրու թիվ 2-րդ հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ:
Փրկարարները ոստիկանների հետ համատեղ բացել են դուռը և ներսում հայտնաբերել մահացածների մարմինները:
Դեպքի մասին Շիրակի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանությունից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սահակ Մկրտչյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալներ Արթուր Մնոյանի և Հովհաննես Պողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին
«Քիչ առաջ տեսանք, թե ինչպես ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները եկան, տունը շրջափակեցին, մի 10 րոպե անց՝ ի՞նչ էին ման գալիս՝ չգիտենք, մենակ էն տեսանք, որ Նարեկին բռնեցին, տարան, հետո իմացանք սարսափ հիշեցնող ֆիլմի մասին, թե ոնց է Նարեկը իր մեծահասակ ծնողներին սպանել՝ դանակի մի քանի հարվածներով: Ճիտն ասած՝ ցավալի դեպք է, բայց լավա՝ ոստիկանները շուտ եկան էդ հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունեցող Նարեկին տարան, վստահ ենք՝ եթե մի քիչ ուշանային, չէր բացառվում, որ նա կարող է էլի մարդկանց սպաներ:
7 տարի առաջ էլ է Նարեկը սպանության փորձ արել իր ծնողների նկատմամբ և երկար տարիներ հաշվառված է եղել հոգեբուժական կենտրոններից մեկում»:
Դեպքի փաստով Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում «սպանություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ մահացածներն են սպանություն կատարողի մայրը՝ 63-ամյա Ն. Ավդալյանը և հայրը՝ 64-ամյա Ս. Ադամյանը:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
