Սիրիական բանակը զինյալներին շրջապատում Է Թել Ռիֆաաթում՝ դեպի Թուրքիայի սահման տանող ճանապարհի վրա

Սիրիական զորքերը փետրվարի 11-ին երկրի հյուսիսում վերսկսել են հաձակողական գործողությունները երկօրյա դադարից հետո եւ գրավել են Քֆար Նայա բնակավայրը: Այն գտնվում Է Թել Ռիֆաաթից՝ ելուզակային խմբավորումների խոշոր հենակետից, 3 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա այն խճուղու վրա, որը Հալեպը՝ Սիրիայի հյուսիսային մայրաքաղաքը (Դամասկոսից 360 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա), կապում Է Թուրքիայի սահմանի մոտ գտնվող Աազազ քաղաքի հետ:
Ինչպես նշել Է «Ալ Ահբար» թերթը, Հալեպի մատույցներում մի քանի քաղաքների՝ Անադանի, Խարեյթանի, Բայանունի, Խայանի, Թել Խամրայի եւ այլ բնակավայրերի ավագների նախաձեռնությամբ Սիրիայի զինված ուժերի հրամանատարության եւ զինյալների միջեւ բանակցություններ են անցկացվել այդ բնակավայրերի խաղաղ հանձնման շուրջը: Նրանց մեծ մասը համաձայնել Է հրադադարին եւ տարահանմանը՝ ավերածություններից եւ զոհերից խուսափելու համար:
Սակայն, «Ալ Ահբարի» տվյալներով՝ Թել Ռիֆաաթում գործարքի իրականացմանը խանգարել են «Ջեբհաթ ան նուսրայի» եւ դրա դաշնակից «Ախրար աշ Շամ» թուրքամետ արմատական խմբավորման ահաբեկիչները, որոնք հրաժարվել են անձատուր լինել, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
