Ինչո՞ւ ֆինները որոշեցին նոր մեխ հորինել. «Փաստ»
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ
«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Դժվար թե աշխարհում գտնվի մեկը, որ տեսած չլինի մեխ կամ չիմանա, թե դա ինչ է: Ինչ վերաբերում է մեխի կառուցվածքին, ապա այն չափազանց պարզ է՝ գլխարկ, ձող և սուր ծայր։ Երբեմն կարելի է գտնել կողավոր կամ պտուտակաձև արտադրանք՝ ավելի լավ ամրացման համար, բայց սովորաբար այստեղ էլ ավարտվում է արտադրողների երևակայությունը։
Ըստ այդմ, թվում է, թե մեխի պարագայում ուրիշ ի՞նչ կարելի է հորինել, կամ ի՞նչ նոր բան կարելի է նրա մասին պատմել։ Բայց... պարզվում է՝ կան նաև այնպիսի գյուտարարներ, որոնք կարողացել են նորարարություններ մտցնել այդ պարզ ու թվացյալ իդեալական տեսքով շինանյութի մեջ։
Այդ «մեկը»... ֆիններն են։ Չնայած Գոլֆստրիմի շնորհիվ համեմատաբար մեղմ ձմռանը, Ֆինլանդիան պարբերաբար տառապում է ուժեղ քամիներից։ Հատկապես դժվար է հյուսիսային ափին, որտեղ քամու պոռթկումները երբեմն հասնում են այնպիսի ուժի, որ վատ ամրացված տները կարող են թռչել հեքիաթի աղջկա՝ Էլլիի հետքերով։ Նման պայմաններում էլ ստանդարտ մեխերը ոչ միայն անարդյունավետ են, այլ նաև վտանգավոր։ Ֆինները գնացել են իրենց ճանապարհով և մեխերը չեն փոխարինել ինքնապտուտակներով, ինչպես կարելի է ենթադրել։ Դրա փոխարեն նրանք հորինել են իրենց սեփական տեսակի մեխ ը ՝ Ankernagel–ը։ Այդ մեխերը ստեղծվել են՝ հաշվի առնելով բեռնվածության ավելացումը, քամու կամ ծանր կառուցվածքների ճնշումը հատկապես այն վայրերում, որտեղ ամրացված են մետաղական անկյունները և ծածկի թիթեղները։
Արտաքինից դրանք անսովոր տպավորություն չեն թողնում։ Մեխի նույն գլխարկն ու ձողն է։ Սակայն ավելի մանրակրկիտ զննելու դեպքում նկատելի են դառնում էական տարբերություններ։ Այդ մեխերի գլխարկը գրեթե կրկնակի հաստ է, ձողն էլ ինքնին ավելի զանգվածեղ է, պտուտակաձև ոլորված, իսկ գլխարկի տակ կա կոնաձև հաստացում։ Անցքի մեջ մխրճվելիս այն ոչ միայն պաշտպանում է գլխարկը պոկվելուց, այլ նաև միացվող մետաղական թիթեղը սեղմում է փայտի վրա, որը ստեղծում է լրացուցիչ կպչունության էֆեկտ՝ բարձրացնելով կառուցվածքի հուսալիությունը։ Հատուկ պտուտակված մակերեսի և վերը նշված առանձնահատկությունների շնորհիվ նման մեխերը ամուր մեխվում են փայտի վրա՝ ցուցաբերելով առանձնահատուկ ամրություն, որը հինգ անգամ ավելի բարձր է, քան սովորական մեխերինը։
Զարմանալի չէ, որ Ֆինլանդիան նման արտադրանքի համար ներդրել է որակի վերահսկողության խիստ միջոցառումներ։ Բոլոր ֆիննական մեխերը ենթակա են պարտադիր հավաստագրման։ Ավելին, եթե պարզվի, որ տան վնասումը տեղի է ունեցել անորակ մեխերի պատճառով, պատասխանատվությունն ընկնում է մեխեր արտադրողի վրա։ Դա միայն տուգանք և լիցենզիայի կորուստ չէ. խախտողը ստիպված է փոխհատուցել վնասված շենքի վերանորոգման համար։ Եվ այդ մոտեցումը շատ ավելի արդյունավետ է։ Ի վերջո, ոչ ոք չի ցանկանում իր գրպանից վճարել ուրիշի տան համար։
