Պարեկները պարզել են հսկայական եղևնիների տեղափոխման իսկությունը

ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետ, ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արամ Ղազարյանի հանձնարարականները օրերս հերթական անգամ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության պետ, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանապետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Խուդինյանը ՊԾ կազմին է փոխանցել և հայտնել է նաև, որ պարեկային ծառայությունը ոչ միայն պետք է պայքարի օրինախախտ վարորդներին հայտնաբերելու և նրանց վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ, այլ նաև պարեկները պետք է ակտիվ աշխատանքներ իրականացնեն ազգաբնակչության հետ, որպեսզի երբ քաղաքացիները կասկածելի արարքներ կամ հակաօրինական գործողություններ նկատելու դեպքում, կարողանան այդ մասին տեղեկացնել պարեկներին։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 20-ին, ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակում հերթական տեղեկությունն է ստացվել մի քանի քաղաքացիների կողմից, ովքեր հայտնել են, որ Աբովյան քաղաքից դեպի Նոր Գեղիի ուղղությամբ կասկածելի բեռնատար է շարժվում, և կան կասկածներ, որ բեռնատարում բարձված եղևնիները տեղափոխվում են ինչ-որ վայր՝ առանց օրինական փաստաթղթերի։
Տեղում գումարտակի հրամանատար Ալբերտ Մարտիրոսյանի հանձնարարականով ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արտակ Ասատրյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության տեսուչ, վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Սահակ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ, պարզում են, թե որ ուղղությամբ է մեկնում քաղաքացիների ահազանգով եղևնիներ տեղափոխող կասկածելի բեռնատարը, և արդեն Նոր Գեղիի–Եղվարդ ճանապարհին հայտնաբերվում է նշված բեռնատարը։
Տեղում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ վարորդը պարեկներին է ներկայացնում համապատասխան տեղեկանք այն մասին, որ եղևնիները պատկանում են իրեն, և ինքը դրանք վաճառելու նպատակով տեղափոխում է։Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ եղել են դեպքեր, թե ոստիկանները, թե պարեկները եղևնիներ տեղափոխելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ են ստացել, և պարզվել է, որ դրանք անօրինական են տեղափոխվել, սակայն այս դեպքում վարորդի կողմից ոչ մի հակաօրինական գործողություններ չեն եղել, և գովելի է, որ պարեկները բավականին օպերատիվ արձագանքեցին քաղաքացիների ահազանգին։
