ԱՄՆ-ն ցանկանում է հանգստավայր կառուցել Գազայի հատվածի ավերակների վրա

Թրամփի վարչակազմը մշակել է «Արևածագ» նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է Գազայի հատվածը վերափոխել բարձր տեխնոլոգիական ափամերձ մետրոպոլիսի և ֆուտուրիստական հանգստավայրի, հաղորդում է The Wall Street Journal-ը։
Ծրագիրը մշակվել է Թրամփի՝ Մերձավոր Արևելքի հարցերով հատուկ դեսպանորդ Սթիվ Ուիթքոֆի և նախագահի փեսայի՝ Ջարեդ Քուշների գլխավորած թիմի կողմից։ 112.1 միլիարդ դոլար արժողությամբ նախագիծը ներառում է բնակարանների, դպրոցների, հիվանդանոցների, ենթակառուցվածքների և հանգստավայրերի կառուցում։ Այն դիտարկվում է որպես 20-ամյա ճանապարհային քարտեզ, որը, ըստ հեղինակների, նախատեսված է Գազան վերածել «Մերձավոր Արևելքի Ռիվիերայի»։
Ծրագիրը նախատեսում է Գազայի վերակառուցում չորս փուլով՝ ականազերծումից և բնակիչների համար ժամանակավոր բնակարանների կառուցումից մինչև «խելացի» քաղաքների ստեղծում՝ հյուրանոցներով և տրանսպորտային հանգույցներով։ Առաջարկվում է սկսել ռեալիզացիան հարավում՝ Ռաֆահ և Խան Յունիս շրջաններում։ Հայտնի չէ, թե որ երկրները կամ ընկերությունները կֆինանսավորեն Գազայի վերակառուցումը։ Չի նշվում նաև, թե որտեղ են ապրելու վերակառուցման ընթացքում տեղահանված 2 միլիոն պաղեստինցիները։
Աղբյուրները WSJ-ին հայտնել են, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ծրագիրը ներկայացրել է պոտենցիալ հովանավորներին, այդ թվում՝ Պարսից ծոցի երկրների, Թուրքիայի և Եգիպտոսի ներկայացուցիչներին։
ԱՄՆ որոշ պաշտոնյաներ կասկածանքով են վերաբերվել ծրագրին։ Նրանք նշել են, որ դրա իրականացումը հնարավոր կլինի միայն այն դեպքում, եթե ՀԱՄԱՍ–ը համաձայնի զինաթափվել։ Տարածաշրջանում զարգացման այլ խոչընդոտներ նույնպես կան. Իսրայելի հարվածներից հետո Գազայի հատվածի մեծ մասը վերածվել է ավերակների, տարածքը ծածկված է 68 միլիոն տոննա ավերակներով, որոնցում թաղված են հազարավոր դիակներ, իսկ կան նաև չպայթած ռումբեր։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Թրամփի վարչակազմի պաշտոնյաները նախատեսում են սկսել ծրագրի իրականացումը երկու ամսվա ընթացքում, եթե տարածաշրջանում որևէ էսկալացիա չլինի, հաղորդում է WSJ-ն։ «Անհնար է համոզել որևէ մեկին ներդրումներ կատարել Գազայում, եթե նրանք վստահ լինեն, որ երկու կամ երեք տարի հետո կրկին պատերազմ է լինելու», - ասել է պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն՝ մեկնաբանելով անկլավում ստեղծված իրավիճակը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա վստահություն է հայտնել, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները կգտնի դոնորներ՝ Գազայի վերականգնման համար։
