Վենեսուելայի խորհրդարանը հայտարարել Է երկրում սկսված հումանիտար ճգնաժամի մասին

Վենեսուելայի խորհրդարանը հորդորել Է նախագահ Նիկոլաս Մադուրոյի կառավարությանը՝ դիմել միջազգային հանրությանը հումանիտար օգնության խնդրանքով, որպեսզի երկրում հնարավոր լինի խուսափել սովից: Այդ մասին, փետրվարի 12-ին հաղորդել Է Le Figaro-ն: Փաստաթղթում նշվում Է, որ Վենեսուելայում հումանիտար ճգնաժամ Է սկսվել, մինչդեռ իշխանություններն ի վիճակի չեն ապահովել պարենային անվտանգությունը:
Խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության խմբի ղեկավար Խուլիո Բորխեսի խոսքով, 17 տարվա «չավիզմիե (ժամանակաշրջանն կոչվել Է 2013 թվականին վախճանված նախագահ Ուգո Չավեսի անունով) ընթացքում պետությունն ազգայնացրել Է 1,2 հազար ձեռնարկություն: Դրանցից 300-ը բաժին են ընկնում սննդի հատվածին, որոնք այսօրվա դրությամբ «ոչինչ չեն արտադրումե: Նաեւ Բորխեսը նշել Է, որ 4 մլն հեկտար գյուղատնտեսական հողերի մեծ մասում ոչինչ չի աճեցվում:
Խորհրդարանը նաեւ հորդորել Է կառավարությանը՝ դիմել ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենավորման եւ գյուղատնտեսական կազմակերպությանը (FAO), որպեսզի հատուկ հանձնաժողով ստեղծվի Վենեսուելայում սննդամթերքի որակի գնահատման համար:
Հունվարի 15-ին Մադուրոն հրամանագիր Է ստորագրել երկրում 60 օր ժամկետով արտակարգ տնտեսական դրություն սահմանելու մասին: Նշվում Է, որ փաստաթուղթը նպատակամղված Է կրթության եւ առողջապահության բնագավառում սոցիալական իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը: Մինչդեռ երկրի խորհրդարանը, որտեղ մեծամասնությունը պատկանում Է ընդդիմությանը, հունվարի 22-ին հրաժարվեց հաստատել այն, քանի որ այդ որոշումը կուրորեն ընդունելը «անպատասխանատու կլիներե:
Վենեսուելան, որն աշխարհում նավթի խոշորագույն արտադրողներից մեկն Է, տնտեսական ծանր ճգնաժամ Է ապրում ածխաջրածինների համաշխարհային գների անկման կապակցությամբ: Երկրում հիմնական մթերքների՝ սուրճի, շաքարի, կարագի, ինչպես նաեւ լայն սպառման ապրանքների սուր պակաս Է զգացվում:
