ՀՀ իշխանության միակողմանի զիջումների, պարտության շղթայի և անվերջանալի թվացող քծնանքի պայմաններում, Ադրբեջանում ներքին կայունությունը պահպանելու և տասնամյակներով արատավոր բարքերն արդարացնելու նոր գաղափարական հենք դեռ չի ստեղծվել, ինչն Ալիևների իշխանության համար իսկապես լրջագույն խնդիր է:
Այստեղ հարցն այն չէ, որ այդ իշխանությունը փլուզման եզրին է կամ ցնցումների մեջ, համենայդեպս ադրբեջանական պետության զարգացման տրամաբանությունն անկախ իրենց կամքից փոխվում է:
Մի կողմից Ադրբեջանի առավելապաշտական պահանջներն իրականացվել են, մյուս կողմից` Ադրբեջանը նոր պահանջներ, արհեստական խնդիրներ է առաջադրում, որի հիմքում նաև նոր իրավիճակի մարսումն ու իրադրությանը համարժեք նոր գաղափարական հայեցակարգի ընդունումն է»,-գրելէ նա։
