«Վաշինգտոնյան համաձայնագրի» իրականացման ճանապարհին առաջին փորձություններից մեկը կդառնա Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզով անցնող տրանսպորտային միջանցքի՝ «Միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման Թրամփի ուղու» (TRIPP) իրականացման արագությունը: Դրա մասին գրում է ամերիկյան The National Interest հրատարակությունը։
«Բացի դրանից, Վրաստանը՝ ժամանակին տարածաշրջանում Վաշինգտոնի սիրելին, «Վրացական երազանքի» կառավարության օրոք մտերմացել է Մոսկվայի հետ, ինչն այժմյան Միջին միջանցքի երթուղին ավելի խոցելի է դարձնում ռուսամետ ազդեցության համար։
Ի տարբերություն դրա, Հայաստանը՝ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք, իրական քայլեր է ձեռնարկել Ռուսաստանից հեռանալու համար, մասնավորապես՝ կասեցնելով ՀԱՊԿ-ում ակտիվ մասնակցությունը, ամրապնդելով կապերը ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրամիության հետ և ռուս սահմանապահներին դուրս բերելով «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից։ Տարածաշրջանային փորձագետները Վրաստանի տարածքով բեռնափոխադրումների վերջին ուշացումները, որոնք ազդում են ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի վրա, վերագրում են Ռուսաստանի ճնշմանը։ Եթե սա ճիշտ է, ապա Վլադիմիր Պուտինը լիազորություններ ունի սահմանափակելու Միջին միջանցքով տարանցումը։ Որքան շուտ կառուցվի TRIPP-ը, այնքան շուտ տարածաշրջանը կկարողանա տարանցիկ ուղի ապահովել Մոսկվայի հասանելիությունից դուրս։
Իրանը TRIPP նախագծի ամենամոլի հակառակորդն է։ Գերագույն առաջնորդի ավագ խորհրդական Ալի Աքբար Վելայաթին նախագիծն ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք է անվանել։ Թեհրանի մտահոգությունները հասկանալի են. ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից աջակցվող միջանցքն Իրանի և Հայաստանի սահմանը փաստացի կդնի Արևմուտքի վերահսկողության տակ։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Իրանի կառավարությունը դժվարություններ է ունենում՝ անցյալ տարվա հունիսին իսրայելա-ամերիկյան համատեղ հարվածներից, ջրային ճգնաժամից և տնտեսական անկումից հետո։ Վաշինգտոնն այժմ պետք է Իսրայելի և Ադրբեջանի հետ լուռ համակարգումից անցնի ավելի բաց ռազմավարական երկխոսության՝ նման Աբրահամի համաձայնագրերից հետո ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբերին, որոնք Կասպից ծովի ափը դիտարկում են որպես Պարսից ծոցում և Կարմիր ծովում Իրանին հակազդելու ավելի լայն ծրագրի մաս։
Կենտրոնական Ասիա տանող ցանկացած կայուն առևտրային ուղի, որը շրջանցում է Ռուսաստանը, Չինաստանը և Իրանը, պետք է անցնի Ադրբեջանի միջով, ինչը Բաքուն դարձնում է կենտրոնական հասանելիության կետ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հանքային հարստությանը և պաշտպանիչ միջոց Չինաստանի հազվագյուտ մետաղների գերիշխանության դեմ։ Միացյալ Նահանգներն առաջվա պես գրեթե 70%-ով կախված է Չինաստանից հազվագյուտ մետաղների մատակարարման առումով. ռազմավարական խոցելիություն, որը Պեկինն արդեն երկու անգամ շահարկել է այս տարի՝ ընդգծելով դիվերսիֆիկացման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Այս իրականությունը պետք է Բաքվին վերածի ոչ այնքան ծայրամասային գործընկերոջ, որքան ԱՄՆ-ի վրա կենտրոնացած տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման ռազմավարության կենտրոնական հասանելիության կետի»,- գրում է պարբերականը։
