Շարունակվելու են արդյոք արցախցիների առանձին խմբերի սոցաջակցության ծրագրերը

Արցախցիների առանձին խմբերի համար նախատեսված սոցիալական աջակցության 2 ծրագրեր նախատեսվում է երկարաձգել առնվազն 6 ամսով։ Sputnik Արմենիայի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնում են ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից։
Մասնավորապես, խոսքը վերաբերում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված առանձին խմբերի անձանց կեցության և այլ ծախսերը հոգալու նպատակով և բռնի տեղահանված կարիքավոր ընտանիքներին լրացուցիչ հրատապ սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերին։
«ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց կեցության և այլ ծախսերը հոգալու նպատակով սոցիալական աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է ամենամսյա դրամական աջակցության ձևով՝ 2025 թվականի ապրիլից մինչև դեկտեմբեր ամիսը ներառյալ ամիսների համար, իսկ սոցիալական աջակցության ամսական չափը յուրաքանչյուր շահառուի համար 2025 թվականի ապրիլ ամսվանից մինչև հունիս ամիսը ներառյալ կազմել է 40000 դրամ, իսկ 2025 թվականի հուլիս ամսվանից մինչև դեկտեմբեր ամիսը ներառյալ կազմում է 30000 դրամ»,- հիշեցնում են նախարարությունից։
Ծրագրից կարող են օգտվել․
մինչև 18 տարեկան երեխաներ,
հանրակրթական, նախնական մասնագիտական (արհեստագործական) կամ միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատությունում սովորող 18 տարին լրացած անձինք,
63 և ավելի տարեկաններ,
կերակրողին կորցրածներ կամ 1-ին կամ 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք։
Ինչ վերաբերում է բռնի տեղահանված կարիքավոր ընտանիքներին լրացուցիչ հրատապ սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրին, շահառու են համարվում այն ընտանիքները, որոնց մեկ անդամի ամսական եկամտի չափը ցածր է 55 հազար դրամից: Ընդ որում, մեկ անդամի ամսական եկամտի չափը որոշվում է ընտանիքի ամսական եկամուտների հանրագումարի և ընտանիքի անդամների թվի հարաբերակցությամբ: Սոցիալական աջակցության ամսական չափը ընտանիքի առաջին բռնի տեղահանված անդամի համար 40 հազար դրամ է, իսկ երկրորդ անդամից սկսած՝ ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր բռնի տեղահանված անդամի համար՝ 10 հազար դրամ:
Նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ արդեն իսկ մշակվել և պաշտոնական շրջանառության մեջ է ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ, որով նախատեսվում է աջակցությունների տրամադրման համար նախատեսված դիմումների ժամկետը սահմանել մինչև 2026 թվականի հունիսի 15-ը:
