Ամիօ բանկը վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում ներդրել է սպասարկման նոր ստանդարտներ։ Ստանդարտները մշակվել են Հաճախորդի փորձառության միջազգային ինստիտուտի (ICXI) 2024 թվականի ուղեցույցների համաձայն՝ ապահովելով համապատասխանություն որակի համաշխարհային չափանիշներին։

Նոր մոտեցումները միտված են սպասարկման որակի և հաճախորդների փորձառության շարունակական բարելավմանը՝ բանկի որդեգրած արժեքների հիման վրա․

  • Ազնվություն՝ թափանցիկություն և բաց շփում սպասարկման բոլոր փուլերում,

  • Վստահություն՝ գաղտնիության պահպանում և անկողմնակալ լուծումներ,

  • Պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ՝ բարձր նշաձող և մասնագիտական զարգացում,

  • Դինամիզմ՝ շուկայի արագ փոփոխություններին համընթաց շարժում,

  • և, իհարկե, ժպիտը՝ որպես բրենդի խորհրդանիշ։
