Համաշխարհային ճանաչում ունեցող երկրորդ «գասկոնացին»... Դ'Արտանյանից հետո. «Փաստ»
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ
«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Դյումայի վեպերից ամբողջ աշխարհում հայտնի հրացանակիր Դ'Արտանյանից հետո երկրորդ համաշխարհային ճանաչում ունեցող «գասկոնացին» Դելոր արմանյակն է՝ նուրբ և պահանջված սպիրտային խմիչքը։
Կար մի ժամանակ, երբ այդ ըմպելիքը առաջատար չէր համարվում, բայց քսաներորդ դարում նրա վառ բնույթը նպաստել է այդ ըմպելիքի արժեքի ճանաչմանը իսկական գիտակների կողմից։ Ներկայում Դելոր արմանյակի բրենդն աշխարհում ամենահայտնի և հարգվածներից մեկն է։
Այս հայտնի «գասկոնացու» պատմությունն սկսվել է 1875 թվականին, երբ գասկոնացի Պրոսպերո Դելորը ներդրում կատարեց արմանյակ ըմպելիքի զարգացման մեջ։ Այդ ներդրումը բավականին հաջող էր՝ շնորհիվ ապագա ընկերության սեփականատիրոջ գործարար հմտության և ինտուիցիայի։ Դելորի կալվածքը գտնվում էր Ֆրանսիայի հարավ-արևմուտքում գտնվող Արմանյակ շրջանում։ Կալվածքը զբաղեցնում էր 21 հեկտար։ Պրոսպերոն այդ հողերը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ վերածել էր հիանալի խաղողի սեփական այգիների։ Գտնվելով իդեալական հողի վրա՝ նա սկսել է արտադրել սպիրտներ՝ անմոռանալի համով և բույրով։
Դելոր արմանյակի ավանդական հումքն Ունի Բլան, Ֆոլ Բլանշ և Կոլոմբարդ խաղողներն են: Սրանք հին տեսակներ են, որոնք վերապրել են Եվրոպան ավերած ֆիլոքսերային՝ խաղողի որթի ժանտախտին: Ավազոտ հողերը պարունակում են մեծ քանակությամբ երկաթ, ինչը թույլ է տալիս Դելորին պահպանել ֆիլոքսերայի ժանտախտից առաջ գոյություն ունեցած որոշ հին խաղողի այգիներ: Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ վնասատուն տասնիններորդ դարի վերջին ոչնչացրեց Ֆրանսիայի խաղողի այգիների զգալի մասը: Դելորը գործնականում մնաց այս՝ այժմ անհետացած դասական խաղողի տեսակների միակ սեփականատերը:
21-րդ դարում էլ Դելոր արմանյակը շարունակում է արտադրվել հին ավանդույթներով: Թորումը, ինչպես նախկինում, տեղի է ունենում ցածր արտադրողականությամբ հնաոճ թորման տարաներում: Այնուամենայնիվ, այս դանդաղ թորման շնորհիվ պահպանվում են սպիրտի թանկարժեք բաղադրիչները, որոնք էլ ըմպելիքին տալիս են յուրահատուկ համ:
