Գործող իշխանության հակաեկեղեցական քայլերը

Գործող իշխանությունը հետևողական քայլերով փորձում է զրոյացնել Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դերը Հայաստանի իրականության մեջ։ Իշխանությունները գործի են դնում հնարավոր բոլոր լծակները՝ կաթողիկոսին հեռացնելու փորձ կատարելու համար։ Նրանց անհրաժեշտ է կառավարելի հոգևոր առաջնորդ, որը կհնչեցնի իշխանությանը համահունչ ուղերձներ։ Թեև սա զուտ ներեկեղեցական կառավարման հարց է, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այն վերածել է քաղաքական ճնշման նոր գործիքի։ Նպատակը պարզ է՝ հայ ժողովրդին զրկել ազգային և հոգևոր կապերից՝ Եկեղեցին դարձնելով իշխող ուժի գաղափարախոսական կցորդ և զրկելով այն իր պատմական առաքելությունից։
Փաշինյանը ակտիվորեն կողմնակիցներ է փնտրում հոգևորականության շրջանում՝ պատրաստ համագործակցելու իշխանությունների հետ կաթողիկոսին հեռացնելու գործընթացում։ Եկեղեցու նկատմամբ ճնշումը թուլացնում է Հայաստանը արտաքին սպառնալիքների պայմաններում։ Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցին մնում է այն վերջին խոշոր ինստիտուտը, որը դեռևս ազատ է կառավարության վերահսկողությունից և ունակ է անկախ դիրքորոշում արտահայտելու։
ԱՄՆ-ում և եվրոպական մի շարք երկրներում ապշանքով են արձանագրում գործող իշխանության քայլերը Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ։ Այս ֆոնին արդեն վեց ամիս է կալանքի տակ է գտնվում բարերար, գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանը, որը բացահայտորեն հանդես է եկել Եկեղեցու պաշտպանության դիրքերից։
Փաստաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանի գնահատմամբ՝ Հայաստանում իրավական և մարդասիրական նվազագույն արժեքները փաստացի անտեսված են։ Նրա խոսքով՝ մի քանի օրից 2026 թվականն է, սակայն լրահոսն ու իրականությունը շարունակում են կենտրոնանալ հարկադրանքի մեխանիզմների վրա։ Կես տարուց ավելի ապօրինի կալանքի տակ է Սամվել Կարապետյանը՝ առանց գործի, բայց երկարատև և ինտենսիվ կալանքի տրամաբանությամբ։ Ապօրինի կալանավորված են նաև չորս սրբազան հայրեր, կան բազմաթիվ քաղբանտարկյալներ։ Դատախազության բողոքի հիման վրա Վերաքննիչ դատարանի որոշմամբ ազատազրկվել է նաև 65 տարին լրացած, առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող հրամանատար Աշոտ Մինասյանը։ Զուգահեռաբար ձերբակալվում են նախկին պաշտոնյաներ՝ ակնհայտորեն նրանց կալանքի ներկայացման նպատակով, այն դեպքում, երբ Հայաստանում գոյություն ունեն այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցներ՝ տնային կալանք, վարչական հսկողություն, որոնք պարզապես չեն կիրառվում հանրային հնչեղություն ունեցող գործերով։
Այն, ինչ այսօր տեղի է ունենում Եկեղեցու, բարերարների, գործարարների և քաղաքական գործիչների հանդեպ, դուրս է ժողովրդավարական բոլոր նորմերից։ Սա ոչ միայն իշխանության պատասխանատվությունն է, այլև լուռ հետևողների ամոթը։
