ԱՆ-ն պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել նախարարությունում խոշոր չափի գումարի հափշտակության լուրի մասին

Հայաստանի արդարադատության նախարարությունը պարզաբանում է տարածել մամուլում տարածված լուրերի վերաբերյալ նախարարությունում խոշոր չափի գումարի հափշտակության դեպքի մասին։
«Իշխանություն» լրատվականը հոդված է հրապարակել՝ նշելով, որ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունում խոշոր չափերով հափշտակության դեպք է գրանցվել։ Ըստ լրատվամիջոցի տարածած տեղեկության՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի գործակալության բաժնի ավագ մասնագետ Անի Ղազարյանի և Վահագն Ազիզյանի նկատմամբ՝ խոշոր չափերի խարդախության, ծառայողական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու հատկանիշներով՝ որպես պետական տուրք վճարման ենթակա 1.270.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի հափշտակության համար:
ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության պարզաբանման մեջ ասված է.
«Ի պատասխան ԶԼՄ-ներում հրապարակված տեղեկատվության՝ հայտնում ենք, որ հոդվածում հիշատակված անձանցից միայն մեկն է հանդիսացել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի գործակալության ներկայացուցիչ, որը դեռևս 2023 թվականից չի հանդիսանում նշված համակարգի աշխատակից։
Ինչ վերաբերում է հոդվածում նշված մյուս անձին, ապա ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունում և նախարարությանը ենթակա մարմիններում նման աշխատակից չի եղել և չկա։
Անձանց նկատմամբ մեղադրանք առաջադրելու, քրեական վարույթի ընթացքի և ընտրված խափանման միջոցների վերաբերյալ հարցերը գտնվում են վարույթն իրականացնող իրավասու մարմինների տիրույթում, ուստի խնդրում ենք այդ հարցերով դիմել համապատասխան մարմիններին։
Նշենք նաև, որ վերոնշյալ տեղեկատվությունը փոխանցվել է սկզբնաղբյուր լրատվամիջոցին, սակայն հրապարակման մեջ այն ամբողջությամբ չի արտացոլվել»։
