Մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ արձանագրում եմ, որ «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախագիծն այս տարի սկսեց իր ոգևորիչ ճամփորդությունը մեր երկրի քաղաքներով ու գյուղերով, սփյուռքի համայնքներով։
Մարդիկ ընդունեցին, որ այն իրենց համար է, իրենց մասին և, որ դրա հիմնական արժեքը հենց իրենց անմիջական մասնակցությունն է։

Ստացվել են հազարավոր հետաքրքիր առաջարկներ՝ Հայաստանի բոլոր քաղաքներից ու գյուղերից, բոլոր ոլորտներից, սոցիալական շերտերից։ Այդ առաջարկները կարող ենք ամբողջացնել հետևյալ առանցքային կետերով.

1. Ներքին համերաշխություն

2. Իրական խաղաղություն

3. Խեղճության մերժում

4. Նոր մարդիկ, նոր գաղափարներ, նոր օդ

5. Վերկուսակցական թիմ, ընդունակների իշխանություն

6. Արդար բարքեր, արդար պետություն

7. Տնտեսական խոշոր, հուսալի նախագծեր

8. Պաշտպանված բիզնես

9. Գյուղի վստահ զարգացում

10. Առողջ սերունդ

11. Համատեղ՝ անզիջում պայքար չարիքի՝ թմրամոլության դեմ

Նոր տարվա առաջին իսկ օրերից սկսվելու է նոր առաջարկների մշակումն ու հրապարակումը. առաջարկներ, որոնց իրականացումն էապես փոխելու է մեր երկրի մթնոլորտը և մեր քաղաքացիների բարեկեցության որակը։

Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ, Մենք դժվար տարի ունեցանք։

Այս տարի ևս բոլորիս մտքերում գերության մեջ գտնվող մեր արժանապատիվ հայրենակիցներն էին, որոնք, ցավոք, դեռևս չեն վերադարձել տուն։ Մենք ամեն վայրկյան պարտավոր ենք հիշել նրանց մասին, որպեսզի նրանց ազատությունն իրականություն դառնա։

Այս տարի ևս մեկ դժվար տարի էր Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների համար, և մենք ամեն կերպ փորձել ենք աջակցել նրանց խնդիրների լուծմանը։ Աջակցությունն անպայման շարունակվելու է գալիք տարի։

Վստահ եմ, որ իր ավանդույթների ամրության և իր վեհության շնորհիվ մեր եկեղեցին կհաղթահարի դժվար փուլը և կշարունակի լինել աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը միավորող կարևորագույն կենտրոն։

Ես ուզում եմ, որպես հաջորդ տարվա համար մեծագույն ցանկություն, մեզ մաղթել ներքին խաղաղություն և հանրային համերաշխություն։ Մեր հայրենիքը հարվածներ արդեն շատ է ստացել, և կարևոր է համախմբել ֆիզիկական և հոգևոր մեր բոլոր ուժերը՝ Նոր տարում մեր երկրի վերածննդի և վերակառուցման սկիզբը դնելու համար։

Հավատով մեր ապագայի հանդեպ, վստահությամբ մեր երկրի անվտանգության հեռանկարի հանդեպ, հույսով` մեր միասնականության ու համերաշխության հանդեպ, և երազանքով՝ ամուր ու բարգավաճ պետության։
