Դեկտեմբերի 18-ին վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Այդ օրը ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արտաշատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Քաղցրաշեն գյուղի 2 բնակիչներ վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից կատարված ստուգողական գործողությունների և ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ դեկտեմբերի 18-ին ժամը 11։00-ի սահմաններում Քաղցրաշեն գյուղի դպրոցի դահլիճում 16-ամյա Ֆ․ Հ․-ն, վերջինիս համադասարանցի 16-ամյա Վ․ Հ․-ն անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են 16-ամյա Ա․ Խ․-ի հետ, որի վերաբերյալ իմանալով Ֆ․Հ․-ի մորեղբայրներ, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 42-ամյա Դարիկ Խ․-ն և 46-ամյա Արմեն Խ․-ն Ա․ Խ․-ին և վերջինս հորը՝ Արման Խ․-ին պարզաբանումներ կատարելու նպատակով հրավիրել են Քաղցրաշեն գյուղի վերջնամաս, որտեղ ծեծի են ենթարկել վերջիններիս պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով Դարիկ և Արմեն Խ․-երը ձերբակելվել են և կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ միասին ներկայացվել ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
