Գյումրիում տղամարդուն կյանքից զրկած կասկածյալը կալանավորվեց

Երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 25-ին, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչը միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը որպես խափանման միջոց երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 50-ամյա Արտուշ Մ.-ի նկատմամբ, հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը։
Դատավոր Վարսենիկ Մկրտչյանը դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելուց հետո, վերադառնալով խորհրդակցական սենյակից, բավարարել է միջնորդությունը և Արտուշ Մ.-ն, ով կասկածվում է դեկտեմբերի 22-ին Գյումրի քաղաքում Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 51-ամյա Հովհաննես Մ.-ին սպանելու մեջ, դատարանի դահլիճից տեղափոխվեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, դեկտեմբերի 22-ին առեղծվածային մահվան դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում։ Ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Շիրակի մարզի քրեական վարչությունում հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն էին ստացվել, որ Գյումրի քաղաքում՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի «Խոհարարական զորամասի» հարևանությամբ՝ Լալայան փողոցի տներից մեկի մոտ տղամարդու դի կա։
Տեղում պարզվել էր, որ Շիրակի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի էր։
Մինչ տեղում աշխատում էր քննչական խումբը՝ Շիրակի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանները պարզել էին, որ մահացածը Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 51-ամյա Հովհաննես Գ.-ն է, ում մարմնի վրա դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն հայտնաբերվել էին վնասվածքի հետքեր, ինչը ենթադրում էր, որ մահը վրա էր հասել ծեծի հետևանքով։
Դեպքի փաստով Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում «սպանություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ։
Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել էր դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ ասում էին, որ մահացածն ու նրան ծեծի ենթարկած կասկածյալը Գյումրիում ավելի շատ հայտնի էին ոգելից խմիչքի հետ մեծ սեր ունեցողներ ու ցավով ասում էի որ գրեթե ամեն օր նրանք գինովցած էին լինում․ Հաստատ էդ սպանությունը տեղի է ու եղել երբ երկուսն էլ եղել են ոչ սթափ։ Նույնիսկ որոշ խանութներ իմանալով որ նրանք միշտ խմած են, երբ ոգելից էին ուզում գնել, հրաժարվում էին տալ»։
