Հիշում եք չէ, ժողովուրդ ջան, որ Թրամփը խաղաղություն էր բերել նաև Կամբոջայի և Թաիլանդի միջև, հիմա պարզվեց, Թաիլանդն ու Կամբոջան, հասկանալով, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները չեն կարող խաղաղություն հաստատեն իրենց ռեգիոնում, գնացել են Չինաստան, որպեսզի Չինաստանը լուծի Կամբոջայի և Թաիլանդի միջև տարածքային տարաձայնությունների խնդիրն ու իսկական խաղաղություն հաստատի։
Այն պետությունները, որոնք կհասկանան իրենց ռեգիոնալ գործընթացների կարևորությունը և կհասկանան, որ իրենց տարածաշրջանի խնդիրների մեջ պետք չի թույլ տալ Արևմուտքին քիթը խոթել, նրանք իսկապես կհասնեն խաղաղության և չեն դառնա Արևմուտքի ձեռքում գործիք գեոպոլիտիկ պայքարում, նրանք, ովքեր չեն հասկանա և տարածաշրջան կհրավիրեն Արևմուտքին, նրանք կդառնան գործիք Արևմուտքի գեոպոլիտիկ շահերի ձեռքում՝ վտանգելով սեփական ժողովրդի անվտանգությունն ու սեփական պետականությունը։
Ժամանակն է, որ մենք էլ գիտակցենք, որ մեր տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն կարող է լինել բացառապես Ռուսաստանի դերակատարմամբ, Ռուսաստանի ձևավորած անվտանգության ճարտարապետության հիմքի վրա, և մեր գերխնդիրը պետք է լինի թույլ չտալ Արևմուտքին խառնվելու մեր տարածաշրջանի ներքին գործերին։
