Գեորգի Կուտոյանը նշանակվել է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի փետրվարի 12-ի հրամանագրով Գեորգի Կուտոյանը նշանակվել է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Նախագահի հրամանագրում ասված է.
«Ղեկավարվելով 2005 թվականի փոփոխություններով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 55-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ կետով և հիմք ընդունելով «Ազգային անվտանգության մարմիններում ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 18-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը` ո ր ո շ ու մ ե մ.
Գեորգի ԿՈՒՏՈՅԱՆԻՆ նշանակել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն»:
Գեորգի Կարենի Կուտոյան
Ծնվել է 1981թ. սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Երևանում:
2002թ. գերազանցությամբ ավարտել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Ռոստովի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետը:
2005թ. ավարտել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի փիլիսոփայության և իրավունքի ինստիտուտի ասպիրանտուրան, պաշտպանել է թեկնածուական ատենախոսություն «1950թ. Մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների մասին կոնվենցիան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային իրավական համակարգում (սահմանադրաիրավական հետազոտություն)» թեմայով և ստացել իրավաբանական գիտությունների թեկնածուի գիտական աստիճան:
2007թ. ավարտել է Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների Ֆլետչերի իրավունքի և դիվանագիտության դպրոցը (Թաֆթս համալսարան):
2002-2010թթ. դասավանդել է Հայ-Ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանում, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական կառավարման ակադեմիայում և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայում:
2005-2006թթ. աշխատել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազությունում, նախ՝ որպես գիտաուսումնական կենտրոնի գիտական աշխատող, ապա՝ իրավական և կառուցվածքային բարեփոխումների բաժնի դատախազ:
2006-2007թթ. աշխատել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում՝ որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ավագ խորհրդական, իսկ 2008-2010թթ.՝ որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի գլխավոր իրավախորհրդատու:
2008թ. ստացել է փաստաբանական գործունեության արտոնագիր, 2010-2011թթ. զբաղվել է մասնավոր փաստաբանական գործունեությամբ:
2011-2016թթ. զբաղեցրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի օգնականի պաշտոնը:
2011-2014թթ. եղել է ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով ստեղծված Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդին առընթեր հակակոռուպցիոն ռազմավարության իրականացման մոնիտորինգի հանձնաժողովի նախագահը:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի 2013թ. ապրիլի 17-ի հրամանագրով պարգևատրվել է Մխիթար Գոշի մեդալով:
1998-2000թթ. զինվորական ուսուցում է անցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Ռոստովի պետական համալսարանի ռազմական պատրաստության ֆակուլտետում՝ պահեստի սպաների պատրաստման ծրագրով:
Արդարադատության առաջին դասի խորհրդական է:
