Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ձեր և ձեր ընտանիքների Ամանորն ու Սուրբ Ծնունդը` ձեր սրբալույս օջախներին մաղթելով անմար կրակ ու ջերմություն, ձեր սպասելիքներին` արարչական օրհնանք, անսասան ու միասնական Քրիստոնեական հավատք, Հայոց ազգին տրված դարավոր ժառանգությանը տեր լինելու և այն ձեր զավակներին փոխանցելու քաջություն ու վճռականություն, Հայոց հողի ուժն ու առատությունը, Հայոց լեռների համառությունն ու խրոխտությունը և մեր հերոսների անդավաճան ոգու ուժը:

Առանձնահատուկ շնորհավորում եմ Հայոց պետության սահմանները պաշտպանած ու նահատակված հերոս հայորդիների ընտանիքներին և Հայոց պետության սահմաններն անառիկ պահող ու անտրտունջ պաշտպանող զինվորներին ու զինվորականներին, պայմանագրային զինծառայողներին, կամավորականներին ու նրանց ընտանիքներին` մաղթելով նրանց Հայոց լեռներում ճախրող արծիվների անկոտրում ոգի:

Մենք` Հայոց Հայրենիքի և Հայ ազգի պաշտպանության զոհասեղանին կյանքներս դրած Հայ ազգի զավակներս, մեկ զգայուն սիրտ ունենք, այն է` Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք, որը, բազում փորձությունների միջով անցնելով, միշտ էլ ներդաշնակ տրոփում է մեր սրտերում:

Այսօր, Հայաստանի անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը զավթված են, մասնատված են Հայաստանն ու Հայ ազգը ոչնչացնել ցանկացող Հայաստանի թշնամիների կողմից։
Ես, որպես Արցախի, Հայաստանի և Հայ ազգի դեմ թշնամու կողմից սանձազերծված բոլոր պատերազմների կամավոր մասնակից Հրամանատար, համոզվա՛ծ եմ, որ Հայաստանի անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը նորից վերականգնվելու է միայն ու միայն հայրենասեր, քաջ, համարձակ, չնահանջող Հայորդիների անձնազոհ պայքարի շնորհիվ․ միայն զենքի՛ ուժով է հնարավոր լինելու վերականգնել և պաշտպանել Հայաստանի անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը:

Ձևավորելո՛ւ ենք 200.000-անոց Ազգ-Բանակ. կռվելո՛ւ ենք բոլոր թշնամիների դեմ, վերականգնելո՛ւ ենք Հայաստանի անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ազատագրելո՛ւ ենք Արցախը և կյանքի գնով միշտ պաշտպանելո՛ւ ենք ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԸ (Հայ Ազգ, Հայոց Հայրենիք, Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցի, Հայոց Պետություն) և վե՛րջ։

2026 թվականին մաղթում եմ Հայաստանն ու Հայ ազգը ոչնչացնել ցանկացող բոլոր թշնամիների ոչնչացումը։
