«Մասնավորապես, ընդամենը օրեր առաջ վերջնականացված սպառազինության թանկարժեք պայմանագիրը Պակիստանի և «Լիբիայի Ազգային Բանակի» միջև ուղղակիորեն շոշափում է Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա-Պակիստան դաշինքի թվացյալ անամպ ապագան։
Բանն այն է, որ համեմատաբար նորաստեղծ այս դաշինքի անդամ Պակիստանն իր պատմության ընթացքում ամենամեծ ծավալի՝ գրեթե 4,5 միլիարդ դոլարի, սպառազինություն է մատակարարելու Լիբիայում Էրդողանական վարչախմբի հակառակորդ ֆելդմարշալ Խալիֆա Հաֆթարի գրեթե 80-հազարանոց բանակին, ինչը կարող է փոխել ուժերի հավասարակշռությունը Լիբիայում Տրիպոլիի «կենտրոնական» թուրքամետ և Բենգազիի հակաթուրքական ուժերի միջև՝ դառնալով հակասության լուրջ կետ Անկարայի և Իսլամաբադի միջև։
Եթե հաշվի առնենք նաև այն, որ ըստ չհաստատված տեղեկատվության՝ այս գործարքի ոչ միայն կնքահայրը, այլ նաև ծածուկ ֆինանսավորողը Սաուդյան Արաբիան է, իսկ դրան աջակցողը նաև Եգիպտոսը, ապա էրդողանական վարչախումբը Լիբիայում ստանում է փաստացի հակաթուրքական մի դաշինք, որի մասնակիցներից մեկն իր և Ադրբեջանի դաշնակից Պակիստանն է»։
