Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Խալիլ Շիրղոլամին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Նոր տարվա առթիվ, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.
«Շնորհավորում եմ բարեկամական և եղբայրական Հայաստանի ժողովրդին և կառավարությանը Նոր տարվա գալուստի կապակցությամբ: Հուսով եմ, որ 2026 թվականը Հայաստանի համար կլինի բարգավաճման, խաղաղության և մեծ նվաճումների տարի:
2025 թվականի վերջին օրերին ես, սրտումս մեծ հույսը պահած, ժամանեցի Երևան՝ որպես Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեսպան Հայաստանում՝ հույս առ մեծ նպատակներն Իրանի և Հայաստանի երկու վեհ ժողովուրդների միջև բարեկամության և գործընկերության խորացման, ինչպես նաև երկու երկրների միջև համապարփակ ռազմավարական գործընկերության հասնելու ճանապարհին:
2025 թվականին մեծ ձեռքբերումներ արձանագրեցինք Իրան-Հայաստան հարաբերություններում: Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության նախագահ Փեզեշքիանի պատմական այցը Երևան և համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման վերաբերյալ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններն այդ ձեռքբերումների գագաթնակետն էին:
2026 թվականին, շարունակելով անցյալի կառուցողական ուղին և երկու երկրների ղեկավարների կամքը, կշարժվենք դեպի Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև համապարփակ ռազմավարական գործընկերության իրականացում: Կփորձենք միմյանց ավելի լավ ճանաչել, քան նախկինում և զարգացնել փոխգործակցությունը երկու երկրների ժողովուրդների միջև: Կսահմանենք նոր նախաձեռնություններ և ծրագրեր երկու երկրների միջև գործընկերության ճանապարհին և բարեկամության ինստիտուցիոնալացումը կներդնենք որպես օրակարգի գերիշխող հասկացություն:
Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը ողջունում է բարգավաճ, զարգացած, հզոր Հայաստանին, որը խաղաղության և բարեկամության մեջ է իր բոլոր հարևանների հետ և պատրաստակամ է իր դերակատարությունն ունենալ այս շրջանակներում:
Ես բարձր եմ գնահատում այն ջերմ ընդունելությունը, որը ինձ ցուցաբերեցին Հայաստանի կառավարությունն ու ժողովուրդը 2026 թվականի նախօրեին: Շնորհավոր Նոր Տարի»:
